“The price for my controller was by far the best one I could find on the internet. The ordering process was easy. The item shipped quickly and arrived when promised. The store has a great selection of all your sprinkler maintenance needs. Based on the price, I thought the control box wasn't going to come with a power supply, but I was pleasantly surprised to see one in the box. Again, it was a great purchasing experience. I will definitely be back for any repair parts. Respectfully, Bruce.....”

“1.My order had to be adjusted due to insufficient inventory. I have repeatedly asked for a revised invoice and have not received it. 2. I can't obtain a tracking number. 3. When I try to get this info off the website, it says that I have no recent orders.”

“The web page is fine but check out is a nightmare. Tried several times to buy something but had to give up. I do buy things all the time and check out was very difficult. If we could have gone to a store for the part we would have. Hope you can find a way to make checkout easier”
