Hi Michael, thanks for your review. We're always looking for ways to improve the organization of the website, so please feel free to email us through the website with more details about your experience and how you feel that we could do better. With so many products, we can see where finding things might be overwhelming. I reviewed your order, and it would have typically arrived to you in about 3 days, but it looks like once it hit Florida it was an additional 4 days of getting pushed through the USPS system. Amazon does have about 100 more warehouses than we do across the country, but most in stock orders will typically arrive in about 3-4 days.

Thanks for getting in touch. That sprinkler head that you purchased requires both a nozzle and an arc disk in order to work. You'll note on your invoice that it says "No Nozzle, No Arc Discs." The arc disc determines the arc that the head sprays and the nozzle controls the amount of water that comes out of the head. Without those two pieces, the water will just shoot out like a fountain. If you don't already have these Toro 300 series heads installed in your system, we don't generally recommend using them as there are much better options available now. The Toro T5 head would be a much better option. Please feel free to get in touch directly for more information.

“the parts came in but it took a few day's longer than i think it should. also the shipping cost was very high. the price was $11.99 and the parts was about $13.00.”

“As you requested, I have sent you the pictures of the Weathermatic S20PSA received in place of the Weathermatic S24BSA that should have been sent to replace the defective S24BSA (pictures as well) from the original Order #15535. Sprinkler store response: Thanks for contacting Sprinkler Supply Store. “They care!!! Seriously, I messed up and didnt notice my browser autofilled to my daughters address ...in another city! I called, left a message and yep! they called back! The gentleman fixed it and 3 days later voilà! My sprinkler box keys arrived! Wow, customer service still lives.. thank you Sprinkler Supply Store! Dee”

“All in all a good experience. Good product selection, fair pricing and good customer service. My only issue is I did not get the parts I thought I was ordering. The ones that were sent will suffice, but the parts I ordered were a Lasco product, and I received a substitute brand.”
