Hi Craig - thanks for your review. Looks like your order was shipped back on 7/29 - we would have sent an email to you that day with tracking. It was traveling from our New York warehouse to you in California via FedEx and is showing to be on the truck for delivery today. “This is my go to store when I have to replace my sprinkler valves. Has all the parts I need to complete replace and repair. I purchased extra parts this time around. I will continue to use the sprinkler supply store.”

“Well I searched online for the part I needed. This store came up. I ordered it. They shipped it. I received it. I installed it. They sent me 100 emails all along the way. Now Im reviewing them. Probably another 100 emails thanking me for my review. Sincerely long time caller first time listener.”

“My order was back ordered for a month. The "hang up" wasn't Sprinkler Supply Store, it was the manufacturer. I was pleasantly surprised that SSS would answer my questions of when the order was to be filled and shipped over the month wait. They offered multiple times to refund my purchase price, but not in a big rush, I chose to hang in there with them. Now days when you get no support after the order, it was refreshing to be able to ask a question and get a quick and pleasant email reply.”

“I had a very assorted mix of nozzles and heads and Sprinkler Supply Store chose them all correctly. Shipment was prompt and packing was excellent. Prices are half the brick and mortar stores, but Sprinkler Supply Store charges shipping. Even so, you break even at around 8 pieces. I ordered more pieces, so I came out ahead, not to mention it saved a trip to the store. I will order again when I need to.”
