“Simple order came spread out over at least a week on three different boxes. Just a small quantity of hose clamps 2” and under and a tool for them .”

Hi Michael, thanks for your review. Apologies for any confusion - we do have seven different warehouse locations and orders do get split between more than one warehouse on occasion. In this case, we shipped the available items from two separate warehouses, followed by a backordered item shortly after. Please note that we do not charge extra shipping charges when we ship from multiple locations.

“All items ordered delivered as promised. Only concern was ordering a replacement which did not work with existing controller, needing to place another order AND pay the shipping again (would have initially just ordered kit instead). This was addressed by a great guy whose name I am blanking on, but the shipping was refunded and the product will arrive today. Could not have asked for more....thank you.”

“Excellent experience. The order arrived much sooner than I expected. I ordered too many wall lights because after my deck was completed, there were not as many steps as had been originally calculated. I was allowed to cancel my original order which had not yet shipped and reorder the correct number that was needed. Denny was very helpful.”

“They have a lot of parts is stock and their web site is nice to navigate, but when I needed some verbal verification on sized and dimensions on a part I could not get them to return a call or email. Even after 3 attempts of each.”
