“Purchase made and acknowledged on 12/2. Today 12/20, it has not arrived. Question placed online at the same time that the order was placed went unanswered but got a lot of emails on the purchase.”

Hi John, thanks for getting in touch. Our apologies for the delay - you can chalk this one up to one of the supply chain issues that you keep hearing about on the news. There's been a global shortage of the silicone rubber that Dura uses to make their o-rings, and we ended up with longer than expected wait for those parts. There are still a small handful of Dura parts that we're still waiting to receive from them. We're hoping that Dura will be able to get caught up during the off season and we'll be able to avoid these delays moving forward. ~ Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

“I have used your valves for many. The order I received before this one there were 3 valves that leaked form the one i" fitting. I disposed of the firt two but I do have the last one.”

“My item arrived broken, however I was able to use heavy duty construction adhesive to help bond the corners. The box wasn’t crunched so I doubt it was damaged while in transit.”

“Check valve for Hunter is reasonably priced compared to Home Depot or Amazon. Other products are competitively priced. Just wished that shipping fee for lighter items are less than heavier items otherwise this would be a great place to purchase sprinkler items.”
