“Unless you know exactly what you want all the way through your project, do not do as I did and keep ordering piecemeal. This is a very time consuming process. Educate yourself thoroughly before ordering items. My mistake was Hunter. That is the tip of the iceberg. You then need the right bodies. I ordered four inch because they were cheapest, another mistake. To finish this job I will just go to Home Depot and view and purchase what I really need to finish this project.”

“The last order I placed still says "processing" from a week ago. It says that one of the parts I ordered is on back order, but none of the other parts shipped yet for some reason. The delay has been a little unreasonable.”

Hi Kyle My sincere apologies for any confusion, you should have received an automated email letting you know which parts were on backorder and that the remainder of the order was being held until those parts had arrived. I've looked into the order and will instruct our warehouse to partial ship the available items. You will be seeing an email shortly with tracking. It looks as though we're waiting on (5) PRN-F that are on backorder. We're happy to send those out when they arrive, but please get in touch if you're unable to wait and I'll be happy to cancel the remaining backordered items and issue you a credit back. “We were supposed to get a follow up email if our product was backordered -- however we did not get a follow up email. I called to find out where we were in the order process and they said the product was back ordered, that they would check on the status and call me back. Didn't get a call back, hopefully the part will come in soon and it will be shipped.”
