Order was processed quickly and delivered on specified date. One item (Irritrol valve) was not included in shipment although the packing list said it was. Contacted SSS immediately and a replacement order (#119696) has been initiated.

There was trouble getting the correct quantity with the first order, however, Sprinkler Supply Store did make up the difference when I notified them. Consequently, I ended up with what I requested.

I am still waiting on parts exchange to order correct Parts this process is not user-friendly and it's taking far longer than I expected. Hope it works out and there are no more snafus.

I ordered 3 parts, and one of the three was the wrong size. This was a small order, and the shipping costs almost as much as the parts themselves. However, the prices for the parts was very reasonable. For a big order, I will probably do it over the phone.

Many of us have older model sprinkler systems. Your descriptions of parts are not sufficient to assist the buyer in ordering the correct replacement parts.

Whoever did the shipping threw all the single pieces "every single piece" in one big bow and the tape was ripped. Glad nothing was lost. Why would you do that? Put the like items in a small bag so they stay together.

Order was lost???? Don't understand how an internet order can get lost. Called a week later and it was found. Two weeks plus to receive an order is too long

Hi Russell, thanks for getting in touch. I totally agree that the turnaround time was unacceptable. We did have a small batch of orders that didn't transmit properly to our warehouse. Sprinkler Supply Store had the specific hunter sprinkler valve i was looking for and at lower price then they're competitors. The problem i had with them is that i never received any order confirmation or tracking information of any kind. I did receive emails congratulating me for joining and asking me to give them a thumbs up but not the order specific type. Yes i did check my spam folder. I will try them again.

I have placed two orders with you. The first (117988) was sent usps and got to me in 3 days. My second order was placed on May 6 (118974). On May 8 I was notified that part of my order would be backordered; no expected delivery date was provided. Your system should be connected to your inventory so I would know not to order from you if I was in a hurry. I replied and asked that you send what you have. Instead, none of the backordered parts were sent. I ordered the backordered parts from Home Depot.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I discovered the valves that arrived were the preferred model rather than the replacement model that I chose due to back-order issues – Thank you. I would like to say my order experience would receive a “C” grade. Though I appreciate whatever you did to facilitate the preferred valve – I wrestled greatly over the time issue. I would say that COMMUNICATING during the process would have GREATLY eased my strain. I am DISAPPOINTED that ALL the PROMO codes I had were a complete moot point. I always used the Amazon Pay method and I NEVER once saw any place to put a PROMO code. I am disappointed because I had long anticipated 10% off this phase of my project – but it never happened. I was going to give you a “D“ grade, but the preferred valve bumped it up to a “C”. These are my candid comments that would affect my future use of your site. ALSO, the pictures and descriptions of items on your site are generally substandard. I almost always google each item on your site and view it on a competitor’s site so I can clarify both the description and see a blow-up photo. I hope you accept these comments as “constructive” criticism.

It looks as though there was just a short delay on the backordered valves on the order, and they arrived and shipped before you had contacted us regarding the change to your order. The box for the promo code is right below the listing of the parts when you first click the "your cart" link. I've passed your comments on to our tech team for review. I was not that happy. Photo in the add showed four inspection valves for about $14.00. I only received one. I went back to look at the add and in fine print it said price was for single item purchase. Very missleading. I could have purchased a single inspection valve locally for less than half the price

Great products, great pricing. Fulfillment or clarity needs a little improvement. My order was not fulfilled quickly enough for the shipping method selected. I had to purchase everything locally and return the entire order. Not only paying extra locally but had to pay a restock charge or receive store credit. Ouch! Make sure to verify stock on all items and verify SHIPPING DATE.

I was looking into your tracking, it appears that we shipped everything within 24 hours of receiving the order but the shipment was held up due to a late UPS trailer. My original order was sent in a box that was poorly package and held together with lots of tape. There were pieces missing from the order. After two tries, I finally received all the parts that I purchased.

Shipping was fast, product was of good quality. Packaging could use some work though. I was expecting items to be separated within the box it was shipped in and not just haphazardly throw into a single bag. It makes double checking quantities easier and also saves the customer the headache of going through and separating it all.
