Great products, great pricing. Fulfillment or clarity needs a little improvement. My order was not fulfilled quickly enough for the shipping method selected. I had to purchase everything locally and return the entire order. Not only paying extra locally but had to pay a restock charge or receive store credit. Ouch! Make sure to verify stock on all items and verify SHIPPING DATE.

Hi Blain, thanks for your feedback. My sincere apologies if the order didn't arrive in a timely manner. I was looking into your tracking, it appears that we shipped everything within 24 hours of receiving the order but the shipment was held up due to a late UPS trailer. My original order was sent in a box that was poorly package and held together with lots of tape. There were pieces missing from the order. After two tries, I finally received all the parts that I purchased.

Shipping was fast, product was of good quality. Packaging could use some work though. I was expecting items to be separated within the box it was shipped in and not just haphazardly throw into a single bag. It makes double checking quantities easier and also saves the customer the headache of going through and separating it all.

The pay with amazon button seemed to not work. It logged in but wouldn't let me check out.

I was disappointed that before I placed my order on Dec 23, there was no mention on the order portion of the website that you would be closed over the holiday week and my order would not ship until Jan 3. I was not informed of this until AFTER my order was placed and I had paid. It would have been nice to know this before placing the order so I could have considered other options as I needed this right away, not 10 plus days later.

I couldn't use what I ordered. The picture made it look bigger than it was but the actual product was too small. It would do no good to return it, because the product itself cost less than a dollar while the shipping was over $7.00, so I will just lose this one.

I recently purchased a home that was built 10 years ago. The sprinkler valves were Irritrol and the diaphragm started leaking. I could not find the part anywhere, but Sprinkler Supply Store had one that looked identical and from the same manufacturer. The diaphragm did not work and I was forced to replace all of the valves. Sprinkler Supply Store shipped in a timely manner and helped me at a great price. I would purchase here again in the future.

Orderderd on Friday, came next Thursday, and order was wrong, they got the 1000 ft of drip pipe wrong, screwed my job up schedualed on the next day. SS offerd a few bucks off, dident save me from embarrassment.

I would have preferred to know that 5 of the 6 sprinkler heads that I ordered were out of stock and needed to be back-ordered from the supplier BEFORE I placed my order not after the order was placed.

I placed order Order#: 108890 on 9/20/2016 and I have not received it. However, according to USPS tracking, USPS delivered it on Friday Sept. 23, 2016. What should I do if I do not receive it in the next couple of days? Thanks, Dan Lee

- Difficult to 'drill down' on specific parts. When trying to get Rainbird popup sprinkler nozzles, parts are not presented in organized order and non-like parts are interspersed. - Showing the cart after each 'add to cart' gets annoying after 20 or 30 times. - After 'add to cart' and 'cart contents display', focus returns to the first page of the list, not page/position of item chosen, requiring scrolling thru multiple pages to get back on track.

Took 8 days to get a fuse for irrigation control box. Many dead plants are the result. You cost me money.

Did not understand the product (pop-up sprinklers) were not a complete unit, that you needed to purchase spray nozzles to be complete. If I was alerted at the time I could have order them at the same time. but to pay a separate shipping charge for the dozen nozzles needed would not make since.

Delay in getting my order as they were out of stock. Good idea to keep site updated w/this info so you know ahead of time there will be a wait? Ordered 20 of the item but got 19. Website indicated that this irrigation bubbler came on a 5" spike but in reality only the bubbler head was received. Probably need to update your product description so purchaser knows to but a different item if the spike is needed as well. Disappointing but pricing is exceptional compared to what you'd pay at a retail store. I do believe they try, just a few things as a bump in the road.
