“I was really happy with the store and proceses and shipping time...but the tool you sold me was worthless. Tried to get a head start on some sprinkler valve work and picked up the Toro tool, but not only does the kit come without the pvc required to make it a 'tool', the head of the tool has no way of staying in place. It needs a hose clamp *perhaps*..but should really be a metal head tool with a socket attachment on it. I have no idea why this tool even exists or is sold...I was like buying a pair of scissors and when you open the box, it's two metal bars that the end user needs to file down and make sharp so it can cut something.”

“For me, one star is not even appropriate. I received the wrong item from what I ordered, provided the requested picture (twice) to show what I received 6 days ago and still have not received a reply as to what is being done. Additionally, another item was shorted 2 units -- this one seems that it will be rectified. Sprinkler Supply's shipping is not in sink with reality. Overall, a very frustration experience.”
