“Great selection and price, prompt delivery and even enjoyed your occasional emails. However the packaging was not so good. The shredded paper used as fill made a mess getting things out of the box and we had to clean it up and dispose of it.”

“I was disappointed in the time it took to ship the products I ordered since the online information showed them in my area, yet it took a week for me to get them, because they shipped out of another warehouse instead of the closest one to me.”

Hi Sara - thanks for your review. Our apologies for any inconvenience - we ship from the closest warehouse that has all of the parts on the order, which in this case was in Texas. Assuming we don't have all of the parts in a single warehouse, we then split up the order between multiple warehouse locations to fulfill the order as quickly as possible. Not every warehouse is able to stock all of the parts we carry, so it's definitely recommended to take a look at the page for each part and note the locations we list that have the item in stock.
