“Sprinkler Supply Stores site is so easy to use. As a new homeowner I needed to rebuild 6 zones. Not ever working on this before was able to get my valve model and find what I needed on the site with no issues. Shipping was not too bad but that really is not on them. I will continue using them going forward till they give me a reason not too.”

“Very friendly and efficient service. The employees seem to enjoy what they do. I saved over $40 on a backflow device for my system. The item was packed well and in pristine condition. “I had to repair a sprinkler control valve and sent in a picture of it and within minutes they IDENTIFIED the correct valve and the parts I needed. They were outstanding and my valve is fixed. Thank you Paul”

“Missing merchandise in shipment. Disappointing first experience with your business. I ordered a landscape lighting kit that was supposed to include the low voltage wire and the weather proof wirenuts, but those two items did not get included in the shipment. When I contacted customer service I got no resolution. In order to complete the project on time, I had to go to Lowes and purchase the wire and wirenuts which cost me an extra $100.00 on top of what I paid to SSS that was supposed to include those items.”

The wire should be arriving to you tomorrow, the wire nuts will follow on Friday. “I like the quick service. However, I want the products that I order. I ordered (order #204862-1) 20 of item 96157 "Rain Bird Full Circle 8 Stream Xeri-Bubbler 5 in. spike base with bard coupler" and still have not received this item. I received a substitute apparently with little marking and then quickly received a replacement (i.e. X66039, Model XS360TSPYK) upon my complaint. However, this is also not what I had ordered originally. It is close but it emits too much water for my application. I still want what I ordered originally.”

“My Toro electronic irrigation valve is hard to find but after talking with Sprinkler Supply they sent me a valve that I could use the top component and worked out fine. FedEx was a nightmare though”
