Hi Stephen, thanks for your review. Everything that we sell is new from the manufacturer, but please send photos over to info@sprinklersupplystore.com and I'd be happy to take a look. You ordered an outdoor controller that is meant to be hard wired, so it wouldn't have come with an electrical cord. We recommend electrical pigtails for customers who want to plug those into a wall socket. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

“I needed four seals for my hunter rotors. They were about $6 each from Amazon with free prime shipping. Sprinkler Supply provided them for less than $1 each plus a charge for shipping and handling. I saved more than $12 ordering them from Sprinkler Supply and they arrived within a couple of days. Highly recommend Sprinkler Supply.”

Hi Bruce - Thanks for your review. It's a huge learning curve for our reps, with thousands of products on the website to try to learn and be knowledgable about. I do ask them to either research the question or refer the caller to the manufacturer when they don't know an answer to a question.
