“I always try to shop local when I can but sometimes seldom needed parts are not in my local hardware store. I found Sprinkler Supply via a web search after looking at several online sprinkler supply centers. The Sprinkler Supply website was so nice looking, well laid out, and great images of their inventory I selected them to place my order with. All of my requested parts were so seldom used they needed to backorder them from the manufacture. I received a nice email letting me know that my request was on backorder and I could click on a link to have my order shipped without the back ordered items or simply wait to have all the items shipped at one time. Sprinkler Supply has a great web page and is now my go to site for all my home garden sprinkler needs.”

“Having parcels shipped to a PO, I get billed by the package. When my order is shipped in two packages, it doesn't make it cost effective. I hope in the future, I can select to have my order shipped all together. Thanks -- otherwise -- good service.”

Hi John, thanks for your review. My apologies, it does look like the order was backordered and it was about 8 working days for it to arrive. This did fall within our 7-10 day estimation for turnaround time, but we understand that it can be hard waiting for parts when you really need them.
