“Nine times now we have ordered the same product. About every three months or so. Every time you only have some in stock or none at all and they end up on back order wasting an additional 7-14 days or more of our time. Please update your website to verify inventory before Selling and charging us for products you don't have. Stock the products you are selling.”

Thanks for getting in touch. I completely understand the frustrations of backorders and not being able to get parts right away. It's always been our goal to have the largest offering of parts available in the industry, including hard to find items that you may not be able to find elsewhere. Only selling what we can stock would make a large percentage of these "special order" parts completely unavailable to the customers who need them. “Super easy website to use. Especially like the credit card processing section. It works great. The only hiccup was that I received three packages for one order, all shipped within a few days of each other. A waste of boxes and packaging. Would have preferred one shipment and one box.”

Thanks for your review! We get this one a lot...with so many parts available on our website, we have several warehouses that we ship orders from. We ship everything from the same location when possible, but shipping from multiple locations allows us to fulfill orders more quickly without having to backorder so many items or hold up shipment while we transfer items to one location. ~ Denny - Customer Service Manager.

“I priced the parts i needed locally and thougt they seemed a little high in price. so i checked sprinkler parts on internet and Sprinkler Supply Store came up. I decided to call and see what Sprinkler Supply Store prices would be . To my surprise the Sprinkler Supply Store price was less than half the local price. The representative of Sprinkler Supply Store was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. All my parts arrived within 5 days with no damage and every thing I ordered. I would reecommend Sprinkler Supply Store to any one looking for sprinkler parts. I will use Sprinkler Supply Store for all my future needs. Great service and great prices.
