“I ordered 10 Hunter PGP Ultra rotors. They arrived in a normal amount of time and the order was correct. I have one question: Do you honor the Hunter warranty of 5 years for the Ultra? I have several Ultras in my system that are failing after 1 or 2 years. I tried to get warranty coverage from the seller and haven't heard a word from them after several attempts. Thank you.”

Hi Steven, thanks for your review. Yes, we do honor the warranties of all of our suppliers for every product that we sell. We're not able to accept warranty claims for parts that weren't sold by our company. “I ordered product #526200 for my Hunter Front Panel and I could not get it to work. when I plugged it in nothing showed up on the face. tried again and again and still nothing.”

You may have an AC or other problem that needs to be addressed in order to get your controller working.
