“The shopping experience was very good. It was quick, easy and efficient. The order was filled quickly and correctly. The only issue about the process was the FedEx delivery. The FedEx driver left the package by the roadside, next to the postal box. No notification was received from FedEx. If it had not been for the notification from Sprinkler Supply Store, I would not have known that the box was sitting at the roadside, easily picked up by anyone going by. UPS drops packages off next to our garage. My driveway is accessible. 5 stars for Sprinkler Supply Store. 0 stars for FedEx.”

Thanks for your order and for your review, and we apologize if we weren't able to hit a home run on your order. It looks like the majority of the order was shipped from two of our east coast warehouses, and the turnaround time once those orders arrived in the hands of FedEx were definitely longer than we usually see for a delivery in Washington. Our automated system should have kicked out an email just to verify that there were backordered parts on the order, our apologies if that didn't reach you. We'll follow up on the remaining parts on the order and let you know the expected arrival date as soon as we have word.

“It would have been nice to have the nut to keep the lock in place, had to go out and try to find the nut for the back of the lock. It took awhile to get here also.”

Our apologies for the missing nut, it was most likely left off at the factory. We'll be following up via email to get this worked out for you. It looks like the order was shipped out the next day, but it definitely looks like there was a long delay in the shipping time once it was picked up by USPS.

“This is a good company to purchase materials from. Even though, the order was delivered late. The delay delivery was not their fault but the manufacturer because the item was out of stock. The item was not available anywhere in the country though. Still yet I'm pleased with the way the store communicated with me frequently via emails. Like I said, I'm well pleased. When the item became available, it was communicated to me. I love that. Delivery process and time-line was on point. Guys, thank you for your honesty 🙏. “I bought a sprinkler wifi module here last year and it's a great product. Unfortunately it stopped working after a few months. The friendly and helpful staff at Sprinkler Supply helped me troubleshoot it, and when it wouldn't work, sent me a free replacement under warranty. Great customer service! I'd definitely shop here again.”
