“I have purchased both sprinkler parts and landscaping lights from you. The only problem I have experienced is I wanted to purchase a bulb for the lights that I purchased from you and you don't carry replacement light bulbs. That is not a downgrade of your fantastic service though.”

“The products I ordered are phenomenal, and time saving. My order was mis shipped, however, customer service was on spot to rectify the error and get them to me immediately. Sprinkler supply will now be my go to store, my neighbors are impress by the irrigation compression items.”

“I received an email saying the sprinkler valve was delivered last Wednesday but I have not receive anything!! Unable to give a proper review until I actually get the product! Please advise! Thanks”

Hi Jack, thanks for the review. It looks like the first delivery notification was a bad scan on the part of FedEx, as their system is showing duplicate tracking information for this tracking number that picks back up and starts moving to you again starting on Thursday in Grove City, OH. According to that tracking, your order was delivered yesterday at 2:35pm. Please get in touch if that's incorrect and we'll be happy to take a closer look.

“I purchased an item it was the wrong size I was told I could return it minus a restocking fee of 20% and I could not get a return label which meant I would also be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. The item I purchased was only 20$ but with a shipping fee of 17.95$ and the restocking fee it's really not worth it to send back.”

“Order fulfillment was quick and correct. But product description was incorrect, causing inconvenience and delay with installation. Specifically, the Netafim - LVCZ10075-LF - Control Zone Kit Low Flow is wrongly described as having 3/4 in. MPT Inlet x 3/4 in. MPT Outlet. The outlet is 3/4 in but the inlet is 1 in. The pdf technical documents on the Sprinkler Supply page for this item do not address this. Before ordering, we submitted a question asking for clarification but have never received a reply. When the valves arrived we had to chase down 1 in. fittings for the inlets, adding to project cost and delay. We'd love to rate you a 5, but it just isn't merited in this case.”
