“I had a small order for a sprinkler part which I made an error in entering. The order was entered and paid for by the time I realized my mistake. I called up Sprinkler Supply Store and they were very cooperative to get the wrong order cancelled and credited and I placed the correct order which they sent out promptly and which I received in the mail. I was pleased with how everything was handled and will reorder from them again when I need sprinkler parts again.”

“This was so, easy. Got everything I ordered, in just a few days. Felt like I was in the loop, with updates about my order. Didn't have to drive around, or waste time on the phone trying to explain what I needed. Just click the pictures, and decide on the quantity. My order, would have cost twice as much, trying to fill it locally. Simple, painless, easy. Thank you, SSS.”

“I'd like to give them a higher rating, however I still haven't received the photocell that was ordered over a week ago, and there aren't any updates on the part either. When I checked the shipper, it indicated that the part was still at the warehouse. Not anyone I would purchase from in the future.”

Hi Larry, apologies for any confusion here. The tracking is showing that it was picked up on 12/1 by USPS, but it was certainly lost after they picked it up. We'll get in touch privately and work with you to either get you the part you need or issue a refund. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

“I ordered a part. SSS did not notify me they did not have it in stock. I received a flurry of marketing emails that were fun and friendly after the order. But nothing after that for weeks. Then, I sent an email to their complaint department and they finally responded that they did not have it in stock and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I just wanted to know when to expect it and was not given a straight answer. Don't take an order if you have no idea how long it will take to fulfill it.”

Hi, thanks for your review, and our sincere apologies for the confusion on your order. We actually investigated this, as our automated system would have typically sent out an email to confirm that the part was on backorder and the estimated turnaround time. It turns out that you were absolutely correct, that we had a period of a few days that we weren't aware of where customers were not receiving those notification emails. The system corrected itself, but our tech team is working now to determine how that happened and to assure that it doesn't happen again. Please note that getting straight answers from our manufacturers on arrival times for backordered parts has been difficult this year due to the pandemic, and, knowing that many of our customers are on tight schedules, we've been offering up front to cancel orders for customers who were unable to wait the several days it was taking to get an answer.
