“I am a residential customer stumbled onto this store while searching for a WIFI adaptor for my Hunter control panel. As a result of a great deal, I plan to do all my shopping for my irrigation through Sprinkler Supply Store. They had the part I was looking for at a price much lower than other outlets like Amazon or my local stores. After ordering the parts I was amazed at the feedback this company provides it's clients. The communications started with a simple "thank you" email and continued to track my order to a notification that my order was delivered to my mailbox. Great job people!”

“I've loved the Sprinkler Supply store for years. My most recent transaction took much longer than anticipated. However, that's nothing to do with the SSS but rather the global supply chain given the pandemic. I will continue to use them go-forward!”

“Shipping took forever and they blamed it on COVID which I kinda get but Amazon still ships in 2 days so I think these guys can ship faster than 1 week +. When I got the sprinkler heads, they were all mixed together so I was hard to tell which ones were which. They charged a lot more for shipping than it actually cost them so they kinda ripped me off there. The individual prices for the sprinkler heads were great, it's just shipping tips the scale into not that great of a price terrirtory. The customer service was nice and friendly when I contacted them but the service itself was very lacking. I mean USPS offers 2-3 day shipping so there's really no company out there that should take longer than that to get you your items. If you want to compete with the big dogs (Amazon, Walmart) then you need to be as good or better. If I can find these heads somewhere else, I will, I wasn't very impressed with the price and what I got for it ):”

“Always being a little skeptical and apprehensive ordering from a previously unknown online store, I was extremely pleased with the selections of product available. I also had a few questions that were answered professionally and precisely. The pricing and shipping prices are very reasonable, and in my case, the product ordered was at a far more reasonable price - even with the shipping cost - than I could get locally. Will certainly purchase product from this store in the future!”

“Great prices on Hunter PGP's. Took a bit longer to leave the warehouse than I expected, but the warehouse it shipped from was much closer than expected, so my PGP's arrived just in time for me to install on a Saturday.”

“1/2" funny pipe fittings do not fit 1/2" funny pipe. I had to buy home depot 5/8" funny pipe to use the fittings they said would work. I had to research it online that the brand of fitting although sold as 1/2" requires a larger diameter pipe right on the fitting specification. Online they just typed that it should work or to wet or heat the pipe. They should know better. no offer to take parts back or fix the problem.”

“Bad deal, I received the wrong items, emailed my problem and as yet have received no response. Looks like shipping error as my shipment had my order with correct items on paper included in box. When am I going to get a response?”

“Thought I was order from a place in Traverse city Michigan, that was close to Indiana. No it was shipped from New York. Did not expect it to take the long way around the Great Lakes.”

Hi Dennis, thanks for the order and for your review. Our offices are in Traverse City, but we have multiple warehouses that we ship out of. We try to send each order to the closest location that has all of the parts on the order. It looks like a good portion of the delay on your order was the Labor Day holiday that Monday after your order shipped. Regardless, we apologize for any confusion.
