“A sudden change in weather causing temps to drop into the low 20's overnight caused me to need a replacement back-flow preventer. Sprinkler Supply Store to the rescue! They had exactly the Conbraco 1" Vacuum Breaker I needed. And while it initially looked like it might be several weeks before I might get it (due to stocking & supply issues thanks to COVID), it actually arrived in just about a week. On-line ordering was a snap, and payment via PayPal was equally easy. What more could I ask for? Thanks to Denny & the Sprinkler Supply Store team for getting me just what I needed.”

“The products are as expected, prices are reasonable, but it's the hilarious emails that keep me coming back... Leave something in your cart? You'll get an email telling you that Denny in customer service is in tears because he couldn't close the deal. It's not much but it does make your day a smidge better”

“What a great experience! Though only a homeowner with a relatively small order I appreciated all aspects of the order. Once the order was placed I received a confirmation email. Then I was notified when the order was shipped along with a confirmation number. I even received a notice when it was delivered. I even had a question regarding the order which they handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this website.”

“I was ordering sprinkler valves to replace 25 year old valves that had started having problems. No rush, just preventative maintenance. I normally research any company before ordering online, not on the company's website but on others such as Reseller Ratings. I did not this time as I was in no hurry and the price was right. On the day of my order, I receive five e-mails from the company. It seemed excessive, kinda like a millennial in a social media frenzy but on the other hand, it was thorough communications. However, it did make me a little uneasy so I went to my usual review sites and was very shocked and concerned to see a RR rating under 2! I decided to wait and see how things developed. Five days later, I receive the next e-mail, a shipping notification then four days later, the valves arrive via FedEx ground. Exactly what I ordered and all new, as advertised. Would I order from this company again - probably, as long as i do not need it immediately for a critical repair. Note that I did not attempt to contact the company at anytime so I cannot comment on that.”
