“Hi, I have been trying to get a special Netafim Part since June. When I emailed Denny he was nice, but gave me the wrong part number. I spoke to someone in technical support at Netafim. The part I need is: 25AP21121-120 Red rings 1- 1 1/2 in LONG filter No replies to emails or phone calls since June. I would order from another company but need to use the return credit. When you order the wrong part they charge you a 25% restocking fee unless you accept a credit. Would love to get this resolved ASAP.”

“I am a residential customer stumbled onto this store while searching for a WIFI adaptor for my Hunter control panel. As a result of a great deal, I plan to do all my shopping for my irrigation through Sprinkler Supply Store. They had the part I was looking for at a price much lower than other outlets like Amazon or my local stores. After ordering the parts I was amazed at the feedback this company provides it's clients. The communications started with a simple "thank you" email and continued to track my order to a notification that my order was delivered to my mailbox. Great job people!”
