Hi Jeffrey, thanks for your review. Apologies for the confusion, - I just reread our email exchange and I hadn't realized that you had already placed your order when you had contacted us. “Shipping took a little while but it’s understandable considering the circumstances and they emailed me to let me know that there would be a delay. When the products arrived, nearly half of the 12 mm Netafim cross fittings had holes in them (the plastic form injection site.) Unfortunately we didn’t notice the holes until after installation. Fun times replacing all of the broken ones.”

Thanks for your review. Our apologies if we weren't able to deliver your order in your anticipated time frame. I would appreciate it if you might be able to get back with me and let me know where you saw that order would arrive in 5-7 days. With all of the delays in the supply chain, our warehouses, and the shipping companies as a result of the pandemic, we've instructed our reps not to give solid arrival dates.

“The order was filled promptly and the order left their facility in a timely manner. The problem was and still is the delivery service. I have still not received the item. It has been at their facility in Tracy, CA for 3 days without moving and they will not give me a delivery date.”
