Hi John, apologies for the delay. All of the shipping companies have been occasionally experiencing delays since early in the holiday season. We've been shipping out orders as quickly as possible to offset the potential delays that some of our customers are experiencing, but we have little control once it leaves our loading dock. It looks like the shipment has reached your town, so you shouldn't have much longer to wait.

“Ordered a valve to repair a stuck-on zone, and a box to replace the existing box which was too small. The box was not available right away. I thought the valve would be sent first and the box later, but you held the valve until the box was available. Good: both the valve and the box worked, and I was able to fix the zone. Better: give the purchaser the option to have parts shipped as available. I was without any irrigation until the parts arrived.”

“I had a small order for a sprinkler part which I made an error in entering. The order was entered and paid for by the time I realized my mistake. I called up Sprinkler Supply Store and they were very cooperative to get the wrong order cancelled and credited and I placed the correct order which they sent out promptly and which I received in the mail. I was pleased with how everything was handled and will reorder from them again when I need sprinkler parts again.”

“This was so, easy. Got everything I ordered, in just a few days. Felt like I was in the loop, with updates about my order. Didn't have to drive around, or waste time on the phone trying to explain what I needed. Just click the pictures, and decide on the quantity. My order, would have cost twice as much, trying to fill it locally. Simple, painless, easy. Thank you, SSS.”

“I'd like to give them a higher rating, however I still haven't received the photocell that was ordered over a week ago, and there aren't any updates on the part either. When I checked the shipper, it indicated that the part was still at the warehouse. Not anyone I would purchase from in the future.”
