“The prices are lower than I found on Amazon, but after the $12 shipping charge they came out about the same. But I think Sprinkler Supply Store knows its irrigation products better. One thing I didn't see is the low-angle plastic inserts for Hunter sprinkler heads. I wish I had ordered some with my original order, but it makes no sense to order a 59-cent item plus (I assume) $12 shipping. It also would have been nice if the sprinkler heads came with instructions. I had to search for online videos for installation info.”

“The Hunter i20ss heads I ordered came complete with tools and extra nozzles. Shipping was a bit slower due to Covid-19,but I am happy with this purchase. The i20 heads are a nice upgrade from the PGP’s.”

“I would give you many more stars if they were available. Your customer service is excellent, not good. Late yesterday, our valve box arrived in excellent condition. I have started to remove the old, decayed wooden box that I built more than 20 years ago. The new valve box will last for many years. When I need more plumbing supplies, I will turn to you. I will recommend you to everyone who needs plumbing supplies.”

“I needed a specific sprinkler head since mine got damaged by a snow plow last winter. A 12 inch pop up rotary sprinkler head. I checked every source in the Detroit area such as Home Depot, Lowes, etc. And even online at Amazon, Hunter and Rainbird the sprinkler head I needed was sold out and not available. I was surprised and relieved to find it available at Sprinkler Supply Store. I will utilize them again in the future when I need sprinkler supplies.”

“I ordered 2 Kichler transformers on June 27. Today is July 23, STILL WAITING. Of course they already charged me on June 27th. for over $500. If they were a reputable company they would refunded my credit card, and waited till they have a shipment date, then charge me. That was my first order, 2nd went normal, arrived in 3 different shipments. I do like the selection they carry. Jury is still out on their total performance. They could do better.”

“I ordered a sprinkler valve box from you. When it arrived it was without the lid. I believe the lid was lost in shipping due to very poor attachment of lid to box. More care should be taken in this type of shipment since it was not in any sort of carton. Some of the blame rests on the shoulders of the carrier. Upon notification of the missing lid to you I was assured a new lid will be sent to me. We'll see. MP”
