“I was in search of a commercial installer sprinkler part used in a residential setting. My community in So Cal has 1000s of homes done to a standard commercial routine you where I could not find replacement parts at Home Depot, Lowes, etc. I search the web and was only able to find my part on a picture match at this site. OMG - what a miracle. My yard is back to normal after a $25 transaction. Prior to Sprinkler Supply I was starting to expect to spend hundreds to retro-fit my valve system over 1 part.”

“Had been trying to replace my old Hunter irrigation control unit. Couldn't find it at any of the usual places--Amazon, Home Depot, Ace... Finally searched Hunter and came up with your store. Hi Elizabeth, apologies for any confusion, but it looks like we responded to both of your emails. You may want to check your spam folder to see if they're going there, as you also should have received an email verifying that the parts were backordered. They arrived on Friday and were shipped back out promptly and are expected to arrive this coming Thursday.
