“I needed to replace a sprinkler valve and I couldn't find it at any of the stores. Even Amazon didn't have it nor did any of its 3rd party merchants. Ordering was easy and shipping and delivery was fast. I'll definitely keep you in mind for any future needs. Thanks”

“I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon the Sprinkler Supply Store website and found a super hard-to-find part I needed for one of my landscape lights. I've been looking for months and not only did SSS have the part, but they quickly shipped it off to me. Prices were very reasonable and they reached out immediately to make sure everything worked fine. it did!”

“Sprinkler Supply Store is on the spot for my sprinkler needs. I ordered the lock for controller box twice on amazon and it didn't work. Before I ordered on Sprinkler Supply Store, I checked with a chat rep and he said the lock will work and he also responded late during the day which is really awesome and I didn't expect. They go above and beyond to serve customers no matter how small the business is. For all irrigation needs this store is the best and I have always the best experience with them.”

“I have used Sprinkler Warehouse many times. Always good service and products. This time the products came in a box with no packing material to protect the valves. One was damages. I sent pictures and was told the item would be replaced...I appreciated that. My point is better care should be made in packaging.”

“I orders 30 sprinkler Donuts....about twice the price is lowes and home,depot...but they were all out...of course, I had a few,broken....they we absolutely made of gypsum...plaster of Paris...which is used for indoor and decorative work....I sent detailed discussion to sprinkler supply store...but no answer.”

Hi Marue - thanks for the review! I'll be reaching out privately to get this resolved for you ASAP. Please note that it looks like you may have actually reached out to Holland Hats based on the picture you attached and the fact that I couldn't locate any emails from you, only an after hours phone call with no voicemail. The donuts are a low grade concrete - gypsum is a part of the mix used to create concrete - and meant for outdoor use. We'll be happy to either replace or issue a refund for any broken items in the shipment.
