“Everything ordered and received quickly, needed new spray heads and check valves for fine tuning Hunter irrigation system. All installed over the weekend. Thanks, will be back when need additional parts. Was using local irrigation store but their supply was always limited.”

“The last order I placed still says "processing" from a week ago. It says that one of the parts I ordered is on back order, but none of the other parts shipped yet for some reason. The delay has been a little unreasonable.”

Hi Kyle My sincere apologies for any confusion, you should have received an automated email letting you know which parts were on backorder and that the remainder of the order was being held until those parts had arrived. I've looked into the order and will instruct our warehouse to partial ship the available items. You will be seeing an email shortly with tracking. It looks as though we're waiting on (5) PRN-F that are on backorder. We're happy to send those out when they arrive, but please get in touch if you're unable to wait and I'll be happy to cancel the remaining backordered items and issue you a credit back. “Bought a RD600-R controller and 3 irritrol 2400 valves. Very happy with the price and the parts arrived quickly. The controller is already installed and working well. The valves where bought for parts as the current valves are 11 years old and it's cheaper and easierthe buy complete valves verses individual parts. I will definitely buy here again.”
