“Very good service, friendly, helpful. But..........too many emails giving status nearly everyday. One at the receipt of order, one to tell when it will ship, one when shipping. That is sufficient.”

“Sooo disappointed with the way my most recent order was handled. I placed the order and waited....and waited...and waited...and finally telephoned the company...was sent an email that said they'd look into it. Nothing else for an addition week and a half, at which point I received another email that said the things I'd ordered were on backorder but still no eta. waited and waited and finally I DID receive the things I ordered...I think it was 6 weeks from order to delivery.”

Hi Marie - thanks for your review. Our apologies for the delay in the delivery of the order - can see that we had a longer than expected delay on those Hunter fittings. I did try to follow up on our correspondence with you and couldn't seem to find anything regarding an email or a phone call from you. I'd like to see where the ball got dropped on this. “I've only ordered a few times from Sprinkler Supply Store but I have been very satisfied with their service and shipping. I'm a novice when it comes to irrigation. I do repairs on the system I had installed each year and during the dry season. They have met all my needs.”

“As soon as I ordered my Hunter rain sensor, then rec’d an email saying it was on backorder. It seems like you should inform customers of that before they pay. I did get it—- but seval weeks later.”

“GREAT product, prices and fast shipping. I'll never buy sprinkler supplies from HD or Amazon again and I live 3 miles from HD and my wife is a Prime member. If Amazon (proper) doesn't carry the part you want, they use "partners" with outrageous prices. HD, IF you can find what you want, price gouge as well. Every time I go there I tell myself it's the last time. I typically do not "Google search" for supplies but gave Sprinkler Supply Store a shot knowing the experience would disappoint. I was shocked that it turned out perfectly. Hell, I even wrote them and told them that THIS is how to run a company in America.”
