“Needed a zone controller for my Rainbird system and started searching for a genuine replacement piece. Yes, I saw all the Amazon chinese knockoff pieces and fortunately, I ran across The Sprinkler Supply Store's site and made my purchase. Not only did I get a genuine replacement part, I got a fair price and super fast shipping. Very pleased, thanks.”

“I needed led replacement bulbs for my landscape lights. Sprinker Supply has an easy to use website where I found just what I needed at very reasonable cost. Delivery was fast in well protected packaging. I recommend them.”

Hi Charles - thanks for the review. It's definitely a fact that $10 worth of parts can be expensive to ship back when you've ordered the wrong items. We do offer an additional 10% in store credit for customers who can take that option to try to help offset the cost. We're open to other suggestions if you have thoughts on a better way to approach this situation.

“Shopping, shipping, and overall experience was great. Product was fairly priced and arrived accurately and promptly. I do have one critique, most people just want to buy parts and sprinklers and not get a dozen emails afterwards. While I appreciated the friendly tone, sometimes the best shopping experience is just buy>receive>done.”

“Pro: good website, fast shipping, friendly vibe. Con: Customer pays for shipping delivery and shipping to return item, then a 20% restocking fee, no printable return label, and return has to be approved. Then on top of that, consumer is asked to tip their staff, for an on-line order. Not a usual request that I have encountered. Hey, never hurts to ask, right? And subject to on-going e-mails that I did not request. Wishing I had looked at other companies a little more closely.”
