“I am so happy with the process of ordering products through the Sprinkler Supply Store! Three of my items were on back order (this is during the COVID-19 pandemic) and they were in continual communication with me regarding the items. I just felt completely confident in them! Sure enough, several days later I received an email letting me know the remaining items had been shipped. I would definitely order from the Sprinkler Supply Store again!”

“Finally got everything shipped to me I would like it if you showed the shelf packages of what the quantities are of the parts that I ordered so I didn’t have to order them and you ripped bags open to for fill my order that would be very nice thank you”

“1) Proactively kept me up to regularly about order status (although only by email). 2) Phone support not available even during documented in business hours. 3) Unfortunately, I could have gotten the same item for $8 less and it would have arrive 8 days earlier. It just the other online supplier did not have the item in stock at the time I ordered from you and it subsequently became available from the other online supplier two days later. I wanted to support your smaller company, but it would be hard in the future with price and time to delivery more. Also return policy more expensive going with your company as I wouldn't have to pay return shipping fee with other company. 4) As of now, I have not receive my other from you (scheduled to arrive July 6, 2020). I would have received the item on June 28, 2020 from the other online company and would have ordered it June 22, 2020.”

“Prices on product balanced out against Amazon Prime. Amazon cost more with free shipping and SSS was less cost plus shipping. Amazon is getting to much share. Buy from SSS”

“Sprinkler Supply Store did well, but, I DO NOT RECOMMEND these Hunter Pro Adjustable Nozzle design pop up sprinklers. Since I first received them in July 2018, to replace my 22 year old Hunter pop ups, I have found that the threaded on nozzle will come loose and rotate, changing the direction of the spray. Hunter Customer Service did not seem to understand this problem, so now I am trying Loctite Super Glue to bond the nozzle to the pop up shaft. Time will tell me if my fix will keep the nozzle spray pattern in one position.”
