“Takes forever to get your order shipped this is the second time if you pay for 3day shipping your order doesn’t leave their warehouse for 3days so don’t waste your money and don’t bother calling no one answers”

Hi Rob, thanks for getting in touch. Apologies if there was some confusion, but we don't offer three day or any other expedited shipping on our website. We've placed notices in our shopping cart and sent out follow up emails to notify our customers that some orders will be shipping out late due to the COVID19 situation. Many of our warehouses are socially distancing and are working to get caught up. We're happy to cancel the order if you're unable to wait, just let us know.

“Service was prompt and price competitive. I purchased 12 Hunter sprinkler heads. The plastic adjustment tools and installation instructions were not but should be included with such a purchase.”

“I needed a new sprinkler system controller. I found exactly what I needed at Sprinkler Supply Store, and they had the best price I could find anywhere. The controller arrived about a week after I ordered it. I installed it the next day (which is today 6/12/2020). Everything is working again and I calculated that I saved myself almost a $1,000 vs what the sprinkler repairman quoted.”

“The Netfim drip line products from Israel appear to be an excellent product. The connections seal without pipe dope or teflon--precise end surface fit. Not so with the junk from China!! Unfortunately I failed to buy the 3/4 female garden hose to 3/4 male pipe thread from you guys, so I had to buy local china stuff. Wish the shipping was not so expensive for just a handful of parts. Thanks anyway for excellent products and good prices.”
