“No issues at all they informed me that one of my items was back ordered and sent the rest of the order. I got notification that the back ordered item was shipped about a week later and it showed up a few days after that. Seamless and everything worked fine, saved me a bunch of time and work.”

“I needed to replace a broken valve cap on my existing irrigation system. The Item ID number is clearly written on the part I need to replace but the Sprinkler supply website doesn't list the part numbers on the website for this product. I ordered the replacement part based on the measurements they provide which turned out to be incorrect. I sent them a picture showing how the measurement was not accurate but their policy suggests the buyer pays 2 more shipping fees (return & replacement). The total shipping cost would have been 6 times the price of the part. I build eccommerce websites for a living. The correct way to deal with this would be to send the customer the right part, thank them for catching the error, and then update the website so it doesn't happen again. To their credit they shipped and responded quickly.”
