“The dress arrived apparently a size 10 so small I couldn't squeeze in it more like an 8 . And I immediately bagged it all back up and followed the return instructions only to be told they don't do refunds. Which is actually Don't use this company”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The dress they sent me looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was ugly, not the color I order, did not fit like a size 2, not the style I ordered, material was not good, and there were defined pleats in the front which bunched up like nobody’s business. It was UGLY. They have been nothing but difficult in trying to get a resolution after sending me a totally wrong dress!!! Did not refund my money, customer service is horrible and sent me back and forth for over 2 weeks. I also read other reviews on the internet that this company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible company. SCAM!!!”

“Total SCAM. Dress was not the right color. They are refusing to do a return. They just offered me $70 dollars but the dress cost double that amount. Read all the reviews. Run away from Stacee's”

“I wish I'd read reviews before I ordered. My order was cancelled as it was too big - then I received a partial refund. So I'm £54.64 out of pocket with nothing to show for it apart from a stress headache.”

“Please do not order from this co they do not refund, it’s a scam the fitting of these dresses is defective & they will not refund my size is 6 & their 6 is like a 2 with tight fit where it should be loose Still fighting for a refund & it has been weeks You will loose all your money and if you return for a refund, they don’t have a us location only uk & it will cost very expensive to ship back (over 100$)”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES unless you 100% do not think you'll return. The dress I purchased was too large so I placed a ticket to return it. Almost 2 weeks later and 20 emails back and forth, Stacees is only offering to refund a small % back ($40) They are telling me to resell my dress on my own to make the money back. INSANE! Its been back and forth with emails with the company NEVER sharing the address for return. Its been a HORRIBLE experience.”

“Dress I purchased for my daughter’s homecoming dance was absolutely terrible. Looked like a child made it. After multiple e-mails back and forth with the company, as well as all the photos they requested, NOTHING. They will never give you your money back. This company is a SCAM. Do NOT purchase from them. I threw $145 out the window (I am a single Mom and that was a lot of money for me!!!!) and had to buy my daughter another homecoming dress. This company should NOT be allowed to do business. Total rip off, HORRIBLE customer service. Total crooks. If I could give them zero stars, I would”

“This business is terrible! My dress did not fit and measures different than the website and they refuse to return! They asked for a picture in the dress I told them would not zip which is awful! Then they told me if I delete my review (on another site) they would give me $80 but only after I delete my reviews! They are a scam and a horrible company! Do not recommend! You’ll never get your money back even if you offer to ship the dress back!”

“Do not buy! If your dress does not fit they will refuse return/refund. My dress didn't fit as the measurements online were different to what i received. They now will not accept a return/refund to resolve this but instead are trying to force me to buy another dress! They asked for pictures of me in the dress (disgusting for a professional buisness if you ask me) and then refused to send a return slip for my item. I have now lost £140 to this company and because of all this I now don't have a dress for my own brothers wedding. Their service team are a joke please save yourselves the trouble and buy from somewhere trustworthy!”

“Please do not purchase from this company! I bought a bridesmaid dress and I am having trouble sending it back. Firstly they keep telling me they can only refund part my money due some irrelevant ball excuse they made about delivery and “saving me time and money” offered to pay me back £15 and keep the dress and flog it elsewhere. I paid £99 for this dress. After just reading reviews i wish i never bothered. I have threatened them with trading standards and also contacted my bank for them to refund the money in case they refuse too. Absolute joke !”

“This company does not deserve even a one star review, they are scammers. Despite their returns policy stating they will give a full refund for faulty goods, I have been fighting since August 2023 to get a refund for a dress that was stained and had sequins hanging by their thread. I paid £120 for the dress and they are currently offering me a refund of £85 if I remove my negative reviews. They won't give me the contact of the CEO in order that my complaint can be escalated. Please do not purchase from this Company.”

“I ordered a $207 wedding dress that didn't fit. It was eligible for returns however they asked me to have it altered instead. When I declined they offered me $30 and told me to find another buyer for it. When I email them they reply by copying my message and pasting it back in! I am working with my bank to reverse the charge at this time. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from them!”

“My mum purchased a size 16 dress from them a few back. They wanted to make a custom dress for her (we feel they tried to push for this so we couldn't return the dress. Mum opted for a size 16, and they said they could return it. She has now been trying for weeks to return it, and they are refusing to give her back 100% of her money.”
