I. I haven't received it yet!!!!! I was supposed to get it on the 22! 2. Could NOT understand customer service when I called back!!! Had to ask him Charles to speak slower several times! 3. Need my cooker for a party, now gonna have to borrow my sons because he already has his, which he order 2 days later than me!!!

I could not make a purchase online. I did attempt to. If this email is from a purchase that went through, I need my money back. I called and made a purchase over the phone. That was a frustrating process because the guy couldn't understand me. My name is even spelled incorrectly for this email.

I am trying to review the service and not the product. I do not have it yet. You should have the cookbook included. As that will get more people to use the cooker correctly and then enjoy it, recommending it to others.

I bought the pressure cooker XL so I could do some canning in it. The literature stated you can't can above 2000 feet. I'm in Denver at 5280 feet. Your advertising did't state that. I returned it and expect a full refund.

I put in pot water raw hamburger speggitti tomatoes and 2 onions a jar speggitti sauce in 15 minutes it burnt and the hamburger was still raw I will go back to my old pressure cooker

I tried doing it online, but I typed in my credit card number and when I hit the process link it continued to say credit card number is required. I eventually called in my order.

I was unable to order online because the system froze every time I tried to enter my zip code. Used two different devices and browsers with same reaction. Zip is 75033

I initially ordered two Pro Pressure Cookers. Gave one as gift, kept. Mine quit working and was replaced with and PPC XL. The cooker never counted down, steam came out the pressure release valve . I checked the parts, called CS, they sent a new lid. This one did same thing, called CS, they sent a different lid that did not shut properly, did not count down, but had less steam outpouring then the others. Called again, they sent another and same issue, then called and asked for a Manager FROM AMERICA. Was sent to a supervisor out of country. She sent a 4th lid and same issue. It has the parts in the proper place, does not count down, and does not hold the steam. I am familiar with pressure cookers and understand how they work. This is not user ERROR. I sent an email with pics to the home office, no response. I called CS again. no help. I called Tristar in NJ, left a message, called again and got a corporate person who said she would have them call me. NO call received. I have taken videos of all the lids, the attempt of trying to get them to work, video of the steam etc. I read BBB and other sites that shows I am not the only one with a product that is NOT WORKING. Also a company that is hard to reach, a help desk that cannot help, and poor customer service. i WANT A FULL REFUND OR A NEW UNIT, THAT HAS BEEN TRIED AND TESTED AND NOT A REFURBISHED UNIT. THIS UNIT IS SOLD AT A COMPANY I WORK FOR AND WE DO DEMONSTRATIONS ON PRODUCT AND FOOD. i WILL INFORM THEM OF THE POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THIS IS NOT RECTIFIED.

I was not sent everything I had been told I would. I don't like how big it is. It's too big to only process pint jars. The recipes were only a few. The grocery reward program for the $100 in free groceries is bogus! I am sending the product back!

This probably will not get to the reviews but I will try. I went on line to order the 6qt size. I am 72 yrs old and on a fixed income. Tried to pay with my paypal acct but it would not go through. Next day I got a call from a high pressure salesman saying their PayPal was down and he would give me an additional 25% off (I got that offer on line w/o him) He proceeded to take my order and THEN sell me a set of copper pans, NO, how about extra lids, NO. Any how I do not like to be pressured by anyone. This was worse than a used car salesman.

I really did not want to spend all that time on the phone to purchase the Power Pressure Cooker." $100 GROCERY COUPONS BUNCH OF BOLOGNA FALSE ADVERTISING AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.

Your ADS SPECIFY THAT THE 10 QUART MODEL CAN HANDLE 12 LB. TURKEY BUT THE COOKBOOK DOES NOT EVEN MENTION A WHOLE TURKEY, i tHINK i WASTED MY MONEY.

This Power Pressure Cooker XL seller promotes that you will get free 250 pages cook book together with the purchase, It was a total lie, nothing was sent. I called customer service last month they promised to send one soon, to date nothing has been mailed. They mailed me a 3 page cook flier or brochure instead. If they do not mail me the cook book, I will file a complain with the business bureau. I have their video that says FREE 250 pages cook book. This is deceptive business practice and should be stop.

You all charged my credit card for $204.89, and there were two additional charges of $88.29 each on my bank card statement. Therefore I would like my order cancelled ASAP. I will also be informing my 800 Facebook friends not to order this product because it is a scam. I called today to cancel it and your representative assured me it was cancelled. Yet, when I look on your website under customer care, there I nothing indicating that my order has been cancelled. I will also contact the BEtter Business Bureau regarding this matter. I am extremely disappointed that in order to can I had to purchase a $10. rack that I feel should have been included. I will strongly recommend this not be purchased due to misleading promotion

I ordered a tiny seal. For one thing, I was going to be charged $7 for a .30 piece or $7 shipping. I don't feel like I should have to pay for a part like that the first time I used it. Second, I ordered the part on March 25th and it's a month later and I've never received it. I would love to use my pressure cooker plus, but being that I've been waiting for the part for over a month, I can't... I love the part I ordered to come in!

Tried 5 times to order parts from your website, 5 times got all the way to check out with pay pal, 5 times got sent back to website with no purchase! Had to Call on the phone to pay pal to see if sale went through, Then had to order from phone to get said parts, Was very unhappy with the whole experience, only went through with it because we needed the parts!!!!!
