I just got the cooker yesterday so I have not used it. However, I paid for an extra 3 level screen; and the cook book and did not receive either. For that I cannot give a recommendation on it.

Was not given the $100 grocery coupons that were promised with our order. Placed many calls for them to make it right and got no results this to me makes me think they are offering something that they do not follow through with. Very poor customer service when I call. I would highly not recommend this to anyone.

Well i never received my cooker or pans i ordered. They took the money out of my account for a week then put it back in. 3 days later i got an email my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. They blew my phone up trying to get me to purchase these things but never told me there was a problem. BAD BUSINESS

Regarding the PowerPressure.com, product and website: The pressure cooker is a great product. However, their customer service is extremely poor because you will be dealing with someone outside of the United States…I suspect the Philippians. Below is a review I gave them: Three times, since January, I tried ordering a seal for the lid of my pressure cooker. Two of those times your, out of the country “customer service”, representatives either sent me to another phone number or failed to complete my order. The other phone number they sent me to was to QVC; I did not place my order with QVC; I placed it with you. I did not get my seal until I demanded a U.S. representative. When will companies like you get that customer service, not within the U.S., doesn’t work; it’s cheaper for you; but those people don’t care; and you will not get repeat business. I will never order another product from you until you can guarantee that all of your sales people and customer service representatives reside within the borders of the United States. Sure, make more money in the short term, but you will lose in the long term. I’m placing this information on Facebook.

I was told one thing on items I was purchasing by a customer representative and was billed another. I repeatedly called to get it rectified to no avail. The product seems fine but the fact that they did not correct the issue was appalling. I was very disappointed in the company. I would like to hear back from you regarding this.

Finding this product at a Sam's Club facility at a Cheaper price with no shipping cost added is the main reason I am rating this purchase on On Line as VERY VERY POOR. With the savings at Sam's Club --I would actually be able to buy at least 4 Power Pressure Cookers and STILL have money left in my pocket. The unbelievable difference in cost buying ON LINE versus going to Sam's Club is a BIG DECEPTION to the Consumers. Yet the biggest nightmare was having to deal with the Customer Service Reps--------that offered only HEADACHES, LIES and Deceptions. Having to learn about the outrageous process and expensive additional cost to RETURN these products-------was beyond a SHOCK. THE LESSON learned in my opinion is SHOP AROUND in your local Stores before you get RIPPED OFF by the ON LINE TV Con Artists. Rosie A. CC,TX

Cooker would not achieve pressure. Customer service is terrible. They barely speak English. I waited 10 days for the machine and now have to ship back and wait again. Called 4 times to get someone knowledgeable enough to help. No luck!!!

On the phone when placing the order, I said not to put the transaction through because I thought shipping was too high. Shipping was t told to me until the end of the order. The representative put the order through anyways. Money was taken out of my account. Item shipped out. I called to get the return package before the package got to me. Told I couldn't get it until package arrived. What a hastle!

Need to add the fact that the product is unsafe at elevation height!! Really can not use it for Pressure Canning because of that reason. I already gave it away as a gift and can not return.

On April 16th I received an email for order 21586201716152415. I called customer service saying that this was sent to the wrong email and that I was not Patricia Gilday. I was told it would be taken care of. On the 18th I received another email that my order was shipped. Yesterday I received an invoice for the order that I did not order. Again, I will ask that you send Patricia Gilday information on her order. Her email is NOT emgilday@gmail.com. Thank you.

I like the idea of cooking in the Power Pressure Cooker XL, but I gave it a Very Poor rating due to the fact just after using my cooker only "FIVE" times, the coating on the bottom of the inner pot coating came off. I did order a new pot from customer service to the tune of $29.00 which did not make me very happy. If this pot does the same thing the cooker is going into the trash and I will buy a pot with a stainless liner.

Well on your website an error kept coming up stating I needed to enter type of credit card so I put in discover card and the number and submit the same message came up and discover was missing

After i purchased this item later on in the day i had a lady call me from this number 813-261-7611 and offer me significant discount on the same item. After I heard that message i end up canceling my order. I don't think that's fair to anyone to do something like this. If you're going to give somebody a discount you do it from the beginning not after somebody purchase on item and then you offer a discount. After I told the lady I already made a purchase so the lady said to me oh okay nevermind that. That pissed me off even more so I cancelled the order. I don't think I need to be dealing with a company the cheese people out of their money.

Ordered by phone, then started getting ads where there was free shipping & free skillet ..I had to pay for this and skillet+ the cooker was $9 more.
