“I ordered it by calling, it was too much shipping Then a day or two later I got a call from the company that offered half off shipping etc. However I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED the product yet! now I have just got the pan and the "100.00 coupon for free groceries) its a lie a JOKE!”

“My pressure cooker no longer works. I have used it about 5 times. I called QVC and the cooker's manufacturer but to no avail. I found the part in the handle was missing so I ordered another. But it still doesn't work. Does the shuttle cock have to have the two little wires in in lined up a certain way? Also does it have a washer with it? Do I need a new shuttle clock? It heats but won't build up the pressure.”

“You have already charged my credit card. I received the cook book on Monday, 7/3/17. I received the copper pan and lid Wednesday, 7/6/17. And the pressure cooker has not been delivered. So far not impressed with HSN. So, before you ask for a review, make sure the customer has the product. I realize your company is extremely busy, so one less customer is no big deal. Count on me not to be a customer in the future.”

“To charge $20 for a paperback 10 page book that didn't even have what I asked for is ridiculous. I will never purchase from your company nor will I recommend it.”

“I ordered 2 pressure cookers. I I insisted that I did not want enrollment in the savers solution program. The rep acknowledged this and tried to pressure me to enroll. I insisted did not want it. Here it is about a month later and I find that saver solution is pulling money from my account. This is fraudulent and theft. I called pressure cooker so for the info to contact the company and by several reps was given a phone number that was not in service. I want nothing more to do with either company and although I love the product I no longer will be using them or referring family and friends to them. This is horrible.”

“It is not worth the money spent and the cook book is useless. Maybe if you cooking for a restrauant. We are an average family, want good and fast family meals. I make a big mistake spending hard earned money on this product. Never again!!”

“I really enjoy my Power Pressure Cooker XL, however, I did not receive all my order. I did not understand the $100 grocery coupon. I have lost $200 in charges for this service plus a monthly fee of $7.97 because I didn't understand the program. When I called I couldn't get anyone to understand what I was asking. To me I am really sorry I ordered this Power Pressure Cooker XL because of the service. I feel like I was taken for my money. So for that I can't give you an honest review of the Cooker. All I can say to anyone who is looking to buy this be very careful because they keep adding to the order and then you don't receive all your products and when you call you get no help. Wish I could mail it all back!”

“Very Poor, We used it 5 times then it stopped working, call for a replacement piece. Was told that we had to pay for the part! They told us that this has happened to other customers but we had to pay for the shipping. I would not recommend this to any one!”

“False advertisement, your show on tv advertised that there would be hard back cookbook with order I purchased 2 of the largest one didn't have any form of cookbook. The coupons for 100 dollars are a joke most will expire before they get to you. Also the skillet s were free An was supposed to be free whether we kept the product or not . You have rude phone telemarketers. When I went to post office it cost me 95.00 to send the items back to you An that's rediculious. The post office said we weren't the only ones sending them back that should tell you something. Thanks for nothing at the very least out shipping should be credited back to my credit card along with items purchased”

“I order 2 pressure cookers and after almost 3 weeks i called to check on my delivery status and i was told my order was never placed because i needed to have more that the payment on my account, I always buy on QVC or HSN and never had any problem as long as i have the payment every month for them to take it out of my account, very bad experience and on top when i cancelled my order they put down they ware cancelling because the ware out of order of the product and when it was not true never will order from them again.”

“When I received it yesterday by UPS, the box was crushed on one-side, and one side of the cooker was bashed in.....very poor packaging, and very poor materials if it was crushed on one side.....not happy at all and going to send it back for hopefully a full refund!! Let's see how promptly I get a refund!”

“I have not received a purchase order email like I was supposed to get. I was supposed to be on a three month payment plan and instead all of the 141 dollars was deducted from my account immediately. I specifically stated 3 times that I wanted the 39.99 payment plan. I did not state that I wanted the full amount of the purchase withdrawn from my account. You customer service is awful. I did not order the pressure cooker online, I called the 800 number.”
