“Too big and heavy... Not enough recipes”

“Awful, was on the phone too long almost changed my mind. Then I went in store and saw same item. Could have save time, money for shipping and extras were not worth it.”

“Have ordered came in with dents, sent back in 2nd one came in worse than first one. Can't find my label to return. Bought on last year gave has a present and my daughter loved it. So I wanted one. But to my dismay it does not seem possible. Thank you Betty Yeary”

“The item broke after a year and the customer service is horrible! I had yo pay shipping for them to send me the parts yo fix it and they sent it to the wrong address and I had to pay 20 dollars to reroute the package to me!!!!”

“The woman sounded like a computer and no matter how many times I told her I didn't want to purchase anything else, she insisted on giving me the whole spill before she completed my order. About have way through I was steaming and ready to just hang up and forget the pressure cooker! Infuriating!”

“I should got the instant hotpot instead. This is not easy to use, you can not adjust the time you want b/c it already set and programmed. I just use the Power cooker XL for 3 times and steam is coming out from the hole of handle. I called and I have to paid to get the part or I need to pay for the replacement. This is so suck and customer service are all the middle east peoples so it's very hard to hear and understand what they're try to said. Think before you buy this brand. I will never purchase anything from Power Pressure cooker again. Period.”

“I bought the 10 quart so i can do my canning in it , and its says over 2,000 above sea level you can not can in it !! i think that this should be on your seen on tv adds :( its useless to me now to big for 2 people not happy with that !”

“First one we ordered didn't work. Sent it back with a label sent by the company which took more than 2 weeks. Second one sent came damaged by the post office. The third one is finally working. People were not very helpful during all these process.”

“We sent two cookers back, 1 to big, one broke never got to use it. Sent to fry pans they stick scratchs I was where is the Walmart gift certificate. Cook book does not have any roast or any meat resipies in it sending everything back. And you charged my card to much”

“online sight would not complete. tried paypal credit as well as visa. both are good credit availability. had to call for my parts and took 20 minuets to complete with person hard to understand. try new home page for ordering and have employees stay in USA>”

“The lady basically lied about me getting some membership for discounted groceries that would come with my packet. There is no sign of anything like that and now I think that they signed me up for a membership that I didn't want. Also, it is a lie that you get $100 in free groceries. That was a deceptive trade practice. These issues made my experience horrible!”

“The lady I ordered inner pots for my 8 at presure cooker sent me the wrong ones. It took over 3 weeks to receive them. I called and talked to some guy he was screwballed. Told me that I neede to send the wrong ones back so I did. Instead of making it right and sending me the right ones. So I get reimbursed my monies. Here I sit for who knows how long or even if I get the right inner pots. Cause some incompetent employees can't make things right I like the pressure cooker but I'm about to return it to a store and see if I can find a different company that make them. Never in all my online orders for replacement parts have I got the runaround like I did with your company hope someone can make it right.”
