I tried numerous times to pay with a credit card but was unsuccessful. I finally clicked on “pay by check” and was taken to the next screen saying that my order would be shipped. Only problem is the items listed was NOT what I ordered! I had to call the following day to get everything corrected. Another thing that was a problem is that you don’t ship to Hawaii where I live. One huge problem after another.

Customer Service- Received product with 8” dent . Contacted customer service and they instructed me to return for replacement and it would be received by Thanksgiving. Product sent back on 11-7-17. Received notice of refund and order cancelled on 11-20-17. Contacted Customer service and was informed the order was cancelled due to not wanting product. Spoke to Pauline G28. Received same information. Reordered but due to your error, return and replace instruction were added to returned product, I am being charged shipping and handing and informed that the 3 year warranty was on the returned product and an additional warranty would have to be purchased. I challenged this and was told the original warranty would be attached to the new product. Received run around by several customer service agents and the willingness to make this mistake that one of you agents on the initial contact was not made right by Pauline G28. Lorraine Glasser 830-426-2939. This being said though the product may be excellent your company will not be recommended by me. Check your records this is not the first purchase I have made with your company.

I CAN NOT WRITE SOMETHING ABOUT SOMETHING I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. STILL WAITNING FOR IT COME IN. I HOPE IT IS SOON. IT YOU CAN HELP ME PLEASE DO. THANK YOU. I am still waiting for my cooker. If I had known it was going to take this long to get it. I would never had ordered it. I think I should get a discount of some kind.

I am returning the product for a refund. This appliance is way too complicated for me to use. I was unable to figure out how to take it apart to wash before using it the first time. It also sounds dangerous if all the safety steps are not followed to the T. Very disappointing, it looked SO easy on the infomercial on TV.

I tried to order a canning rack for my Power Pressure Cooker. I paid through paypal and thought I was done. An hour later I receive a phone call telling me the paypal function does not work and wanted my credit card number to complete the order. I was driving and unable to provide it at the time so I asked if i could just reorder online and put in my credit card info. The next day I tried to place my order again only to find out the website would not process any type of payments. After trying for 4 days, I chatted with representative who gave me a toll free number to call. Placed on hold for several minutes only to find out that number was for ordering the pressure cooker only, you needed to call another number to order accessories. Called the other number and finally got my order placed. When I received my confirmation email, it started off Dear John....I hope they got my name and address correct...More of a hassle than I wanted to simply order parts for my pressure cooker. I hope I never have to order from them again.

It came in damaged I called the next day and was told I would be receiving an email to return it but have not received that yet it has been over a week I just want to return everything customer service is terrible

I called because my cooker did not have a part when I purchased it. Even though I had not used it for a few months after buying I was forced to buy the part I never had. I should have just taken back to Costco. They would have least taken care of me. Very disappointed.

I am very unhappy! I was told when I ordered two 10 qt power pressure XL's that they would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. The next day when I checked my order, I see where all the items I ordered are out of stock and it would be 2 to 3 weeks. A week later it still stated the same thing. I think I should have been informed of this BEFORE I placed my order!

It's out of stock! I needed it for Thanksgiving! I got that message after I ordered it. I then called and the guy says I won't get it until December 12th! I am not happy.

My package was missing the canning rack and they forced me to pay for one. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the FTC. Terrible customer experience.

Everything would not take my payment so I had to call to order which took 3 trys with Bing transferred it was for a small part what a Hassel and waist of time.

Purchased 2 10Qt and other items. Told would be shipped that day. Just checked and found not out of your warehouse and on back order estimate 2 or more weeks before sent. Am very upset.

If the sale person lesson and stop trying to sale me other items maybe I would have a POWER COOKER. Sales and customer service is not on the same page with orders. No one tells you the item is on back order for weeks. No communication to customer. BAD!!! BAD!!!

Not sure how it work, have not tried it yet. I'm rating the customer service. We didn't receive all the items we ordered, when I called back the representative was very rude. She act like it was my fault my shipment was lost, I was brushed off. Not happy with the service I received.

Ordering parts for my Pressure cooker was incredibly difficult. Haven't received my order yet but from the email stating it has shipped it is the Wrong Part. I order all the time online and this is the first time that it was not a good experience. Since you guys can't get right I will try to order the part that I need through Amazon.

At first I really liked the cooker, most dishes came out good, but all of a sudden there was an odor in my kitchen, so trying to figure out where it was coming from I proceeded to clean everything in the kitchen going as far as taking my stove apart and giving it a good clenaing , I also pulled out the stove and washed behind it as well as the wall, the smell was still there, finally after a couple of days I figured it out it was coming from the rubber gasket on the power pressure cooker, which I was very supprised because I took it apart and washed it after every use. I did research and found a lot of bad reviews on this product all saying that the gasket seemd to hold the smells, I tried a few different things like baking soda, lemon juice and even denture cleaner, it is better but still there, I am hesitant to use it because I think the smell will come back. I then tried to order another gasket and did on line chat and that was very difficult, Twice the chat was ended before I was finished typing. Then I tried to order on lineand that was a nightmare, it seems there was somthing wrong with your system. Finally I got a live person on the phone and was able to order 2 gaskets, she was very polite, but I do feel I should be compensated for my time and aggravation. my number is 773-480-2050. I will never get another power pressure cooker again, I will get a different brand. thanks you

I didn't know I would be charged for the pans. I thought it was a $59. For 3 months. Well I received my bank statement and noticed I was charged almost $300. Not cool. I will be sending these items back!

My wife and I saw your ad on tv, and decided to order. Not knowing anything about your product we took your word for the product. After I ordered, I check with Amazon on the pricing. The 10 QT price was the same with the exception of shipping, Free with Amazon. The recipe book was $19.99 vs. the 29.99 price paid to you. Could not compare the price of the skillet. I feel that I should get a refund for the overcharge.
