I live in Fla., USA. needed a part(valve with seal), that fell out of the lid and also asked to get another gasket rubber around the lid as this one is stretched. I was over 1/2 hr. trying to tell a foreign man named Ray.... we could not understand eachother!!! and I had hit #1 as ENGLISH speaking for help. Sooooooo frustrated. AND I was charged $21.18 on a charage card provided THEN another $14.82. With NO CONFIRMATION number!!! very scary. I will be calling you on Monday, as I was not agreement with both of these charges. I agreed only to shipping of $14.82. Now, more time of mine is wasted! Noone else in my family who has called TriStar Products has had a problem. we love the steam cooker!

I was not told when I placed my order over the phone that the items were on backorder. These are Christmas gifts and i was told today they won't arrive until the 6th. Unacceptable! Very disappointed and dissatisfied. If my order is not here from Crhistmas I plan to cancel.

Attempted, 3 different times, to purchase on line, I could never get past check out. One attempt to call, failed, no answer. Finally, I was able to order through the phone, where I could not just order, I had to be bombarded with "special" offers, that I now realize, after seeing my order, that I would not have purchased, had I just been able to order on line, but that was your plan, right! More for you AND to heck with me!!! But on the other hand, the telephone lady was delightful!!! I will never purchase from you again.

We recently purchased this cooker and you cannot imagine how frustrated we were when we had food to can and there was no rack with the canner!!! To us it was a totally incomplete appliance and a big disappointment. So we had to talk to a foreigner in India and order another $10.00 part and are waiting for it to come. We feel this is a very poor way to do business! We were getting ready to write a letter to the CEO and saw this instead. Please give this inconvenience some sincere consideration! youe customer service girl blanltry told me id have both cookers by Christmas after calling back do to her error in shipping address i asked again about both cookers and was told then i wouldnt get them till jan 7th i went as far as the supervisor in which told me she would contact her superior but wouldnt do anything about my order. i then called back being so pissed off about it all that i called to cancel my order and was told it would be in and then wouldnt give me discount i then asked about how long they wouldnt tell me other than yes order shipment would bein this week never told me how much i would get if i kept the 300.00 order so no one can tell me when i get the order or my discount i want answer from the owner of his product and let me tell him how ive been treaterd after this being my 4 cooker purchase and see how he thinks ive been treated in his product straight thru from power pressure cooker.com im telling everyone i know this cvause you can hold up your end. i demand answers today 405-8375412

I am so upset with your customer service reps. I paid for two 10 quart pressure cooker twice since November 20 and both orders had to be cancelled because you cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. That being said, on Friday, November 24 once I found out the second time that your sales rep lied about delivery, I ordered 2 units from Amazon and saved almost $100 on the two. They will be delivered today, November 29. Shame you you people.

I placed my order November 2, 2017. the pressure cooker xl, still has not arrived. so to evaluate your product without seeing or using it would not be fair to you. STILL WAITING!

Terrible product. Teflon coating doesn’t last long before it flakes off then wants to charge $30 to get a replacement just to be out of stock. Terrible terrible terrible product and customer service DO NOT BUY!!!

i was told that it would be shipped within 2 weeks, I was expecting it before Thanksgiving. When I called to find out when it would be here. I was told it was on back order. I feel I should have been advised that at the time I ordered.

I made a pot of Lima beans with smoked turkey legs. Beans and Turkey legs turned out very over cooked.

I haven't received my order, yet. So, I can rate the product. When I tried to order the product, the person that I spoke with was very rude. When I asked for a confirmation order number, he got upset and said that was why he asked for my email address. When I didn't get the confirmation email, I had to wait until the next day to speak with someone. I spoke with a women and she was very nice. She could not understand why the other guy did not give me a confirmation order number to begin with. She could not find my email. So, I gave her it to her and she gave me a confirmation number over the phone and my email.

I can not rate the product, I haven't received it yet. As for my experience with the on-line purchase, the website was not working properly. I was unable to buy the product through this site, I had to call the phone number and i explained everything to the woman I spoke to.
