The website glitches while trying to process the order. I called and spoke with someone who said that if I did not receive a confirmation that it didn't go through. Then I got a charge on my credit card. It took 2 days to straighten everything out.

Don’t have it yet! Fed ex got label made on the 3rd and it’s still not in transit! Got my pressure cooker but not the free copper pan! Was not sent, showed on my invoice,but now my invoice is missing with your phone number! I just got it set up and will try it out to see if it works today!

The website did not work for purchasing the product do I had to call in. The customer service rep. Louann, had all the time in the world to talk about herself but when it came time to review my order she literally rambled off my order, which i did not fully hear...i thought she said two...i only ordered ONE 10qt. Then she said my order # and said thank you bye and hung up. If these calls are recorded i would recommend pulling my call. This was the most unprofessional person...she didn't hive me a total for my order and hung up on me as i was trying to ask for an order review. NOT HAPPY about this!!!! Then i called customer service to change the order, thry said the order already shipped yet i have a shipping report showing the order shipped the day after i called. So the second set could have not been shipped but now i have to refuse the second order...very inconvenient for me.

cooked like it said it would UNTIL IT HAD STEEM COMMING OUT OF THE LID HANDLE .........I CALLED YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND TRHEY SENT ME THE WRONG PART YOUR PICTURE ON PAGE 7 SHOWS THAT THE PART HAS THREADS AND THE PART IHAVE THAT I PAID FOR HAS NO THREADS OR PLASTIC WASHER ....VERY POOR SERVICE

I have not gotten the pressure cooker as of yet, the reason I am writing a comment is about the online experience. I tried on several occasions to purchase product online, but it kept stating that order could not be completed. I then decided to just call the toll free number to place order. Then I look on my bank account and see that I have now been charged twice for the product. I am going to wait and see if they realize that I only wanted to order the one and not charge me for both. Opinion pending.

Have not even received my Power Pressure Cooker but I can tell you this....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Not only did they bill my credit card for FULL amount even though I selected the monthly payment plan....when calling in to find out why they had done this, I could not ge through anyone live. They did not send the Pan that is promised on their advertisement....when checking status on my order, they never sent the pan. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. You will save yourself hassle, time and the headache of dealing with getting questions answered. When I finally was able to connect with an operator after 48 minutes, I was hung up on!

I haven’t received it yet. Upsettingly, I had to find out by logging in to a link I received for a different order that the power pressure xl has been placed backed order the week after I ordered mine. I received no information of this and feel as though you shouldn’t be selling an item you know you don’t have

none of the firections (recipes) turned out as shown. i'm very dissatisfied and disillusioned by the hype from the commercial. I love rice n beans, but unable to make it in this item. the commercial is rife with falsehoods. dry beans cooked without presoaking? nope. the $100.00 grocery certificate entitles you to register for apaper coupon service..

What a rip off! You almost ruined my Christmas present to my daughter in law!!! I ordered from your website and then went on about my business after being hounded by your sales rep to buy many, many extra items. Think the order took around 25 minutes and then ended only when I hung up on the sales rep after telling her repeatedly I didn't want the extras, just the cooker. Waited several days and all I received from you was this review form. I finally looked online to find out what had happened to my order. I found the proper page for checking on the order and found that it was backordered for 2-3 weeks!!! No contact had been made to me about this, so I called your company and visited with one of your folks. The only response they had was the order was now backordered for 3-4 weeks! I questioned him repeatedly about what appeared to be the companies lack of commitment to furnish the item. I told him it appeared that the company had no intention of filling the order. He kept asking me if I wanted to cancel the order. I decided to stay with the order and hung up! I then decided to check my credit card summary as the cooker had been charged against my account when ordered. I could not find where it had been charged so I contacted my credit card company. They informed me that the charge had been reversed by you folks 2 days previously!! Was obvious to me that my statement to your representative that "you never had any intention of completing the order was right on! Today I get a letter from Your Essentials about my subscription. I had forgot I agreed to try this item. Will be calling them to cancel this immediately. I was also to receive a $50 gift card from Sam's to do so!! I know you will find it amazing, but I have never seen the gift card! You folks are a prime example of "what's wrong with America" today. Now, if you had any character at all and was a legitimate company, you would do something to correct this situation! For your information, I did purchase the same pressure cooker from Sam's for $83 to include the warranty. Half of what you folks were charging! I don't know who this fella is that is pictured on your website, but I'm damn sure gonna find out and send him a follow up letter as well. After a bit of not hearing from you or him, I am going to find out who I need to contact the file a complaint against you and him! You damn near ruined my Christmas present to my daughter in law! I don't know how I am going to do it yet, but I am going to try to ruin at least 30 seconds of your time! I will also be happy to share my experience with as many people I can find who will listen! There is your damn review! Now do with it as you did with the order! You should be closed down!

you have spoiled my present. you sent the bill to the same addess as the shipping whom it was a present for. You need to hire people who know the English language and how to use your computer. I spelled everything out more than once and you also spelled my name wrong when the correct spelling was already in your computer from another purchase in which I spoke with someone who knew the English language and how to use your computer system. I hate your organization and have gone to Walmart for my other pressure cooker purchases. you are inefficient.

I have had a few issues with my machine. The latest was I ordered an extra pot insert for it becuase my other was sticking. It doesn't fit in it. So I HAD to pay for another to be shipped. I have a friend that I had order for for Christmas last year. They wouldn't even give me a free cook book.

Your website sucks. I could not complete my order online and had to call customer service. They were very helpful; however, two days later, at 146 am, I receive an email saying my order has been shipped. Now it is over 48 hours later and the postal service still has not received the package matching the tracking number. And in the email, they addressed me as John and my name is Steve. So far, I'm not happy with the service I've received and probably will never deal with this company again. All I ordered was a power cord...how hard is that to pull, pack and send?? I placed an order with another company a day later and I will receive their package tomorrow, yet this one has not even been shipped. Maybe I'll get it by spring.

the package I received , there was no $ 100 coupon and the web side is miss leading there is no recipe and customer service is not helpful
