My pressure cooker that I received was Damage

My power pressure cooker did not come without a float valve. upon receiving it for a Christmas gift. I called in on new years day and the lady I talked to said they would send it free of charge. 15 days later on 1/15, I called to check on the status of the order. They had no sign of my order. I called in and got the "home Tri-Star" customer service. They told me it was to bad and wanted to charge me $6.99 to ship it. I said no and called back later in the day. I got the customer service office in Ohio. Friendly, great to work with and understanding. However, instead of sending the floater valve gasket, they sent me the lid gasket. I called back today on 1/24, exactly 1 month since I received the cooker. The lady told me to bad and I would have to pay $6.99. I disagreed and told her this was power preassure cookers mistake and I should not have to pay anything for me. She told me she wouldn't do that and was very nasty. Finally she asked what I wanted you to do. I told her replace the part your product didn't come with free of charge and again said we cant do that. My in-laws bought 4 power pressure cookers, and little did we know, they are backed with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now don't know if I can take it back to the place that it was bought because we have waited for 40 days for you to make it right and it wasn't done. I will now have to find a way around the return policy but rest assured you will receive your unit back. I will try other pressure cookers that are similar on the market and will recommend others not to buy this brand because of the poor experience and the companies inability to back there product. Very disappointed and but know that I will make sure that I return it.

When purchasing this I was offered a pkg to purchase additionally which included the ladle, steam collector and measuring cup. Low and behold those items come with the purchase. I reported it to the better business bureau.

U guys mispelled my last name and also I called your regular number to have my last name corrected, but it is still mispelled. Its supposed to be Cipriaso and not Citpriaso or Cipraso

Unfortunately I have not yet received it so I cannot review it yet. Next thing you got incorrect is that my order was placed on your website. It was not. I phoned so that I would receive the steaming basket and other accessories free with my order of the 10qt I did not. I was high pressured into purchasing many extras. Just to end the call it cost over $300.

it will be returned upon arrival. think it's great, however, the person with whom I spoke, although pleasant, had so much territory to cover, it was very confusing. didn't know what I was agreeing to. realizing afterward how much was being spent, figured "no way". called to cancel. told already in progress of shipping, told to return and and noted I would receive full refund

First, the parts page on the website is not working. I called the number given on the parts page and waited for 15 minutes to speak with someone who had no clue about your product. Trying to explain the part I need (which is the cap that goes on the the float valve) he told me that it is two pieces with the seal. I again told him I didn't need the vent with seal but the cap that goes on the the vent. He assured me that this was indeed the part I needed and to go online and order it. I told the parts page is not working so he ordered the part for me. It took 12 days for the part I didn't need to arrive. I'm not very pleased with the company or the customer service. I will reserve judgement on the pressure cooker until I get the parts to make it work correctly.

the website is terrible for getting replacement parts. When I bought my Powers Pressure 10 quart it was supposed to come with a cook book but instead they told me I have to go online and reciepes are there

I was thrilled to receive my power pressure cooker. However, your commercial is very misleading in that it says that I would receive $100.00 to spend at my local grocery store. That is not the case. I have to go to this website and pick through coupons that most are only accepted at my local Dollar General store. What kind of groceries can u really purchase at Dollar General. I also was given the opportunity to sign up for 2 different rewards programs to receive 2 $50.00 Walmart gift cards and $20.00 cash back. They were very misleading in their wording in what I should send back for the cash back so I sent the paperwork I had showing that I had ordered my cooker, I just had not received it yet. So I will not be receiving the cash back. The first gift card I never received anything about and the 2nd one is "being processed". I sent the same paperwork to the same place and it wasn't enough for my cash back but it was enough to "process" the gift card. This whole system is very misleading and I am very upset about it. Not only that but this was a Christmas present from my husband,I am writing this on his review because it was my gift. The first cooker we received was broke so I had to send it back and wait 14 business days to get it back from them or replaced by them. So No I am very UNHAPPY. I hope the cooker isnt as disappointing as the process that we have been through as far. Would not recommend to anyone just because of all the useless so called rewards programs. I also bought the cookbook, the pan and lid, and insurance on the 10qt cooker. So this was not cheap by any means. I hope that it turns out like It shows on the commercial or it will go back too.

it is impossible to rate any item one has yet to receive and may never get due to the lack of product availability. upon order i was told 10 days to delivery. then three weeks and now 6 weeks. poor business practices in my humble opinion.you should have told me this at ordering time. if you do not get this item in stock soon, i shall be canceling my order

As of today 1/18/18 I am still waiting for my free skillet. I called in and spoke with someone who was very rude!!! He ask why I had waited so long to call in?? I explained to him I suspected they were waiting until all the payments were made. He said it had been sent and someone must have stolen it off of my porch!!! I have received many packages from amazon and others and they have not been stolen!! He was so rude and not at all Helpful!! Sorry to make my decision about this company over a skillet but I guess I will. I would not suggest anyone buy from you guys. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to on the phone!!! As of today no Free Product!!! If my time was not up you would receive two Cookers Back and my money in my pocket not yours!!!! Let’s just see if you respond!!!

I ordered it like 2 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. I’m very concerned as since that phone order I’m getting spam emails and calls!!! I’m scared they hacked in to our credit card account...sorry but this site seems very shady to me!

directions for payment and delivery were not followed. My name continues to be spelled wrong. It is ACRI. Nevertheless, I cancelled the order, and expect that no payment be made to my credit card. Poor-poor - poor customer service along with untrained call center workers.

Well usually when I order something day next day it’s shipped out I’m still waiting for it just to be shipped out. I didn’t know it has to be built before it’s shipped.

We haven’t received the cooker yet but when we called to order I got very irritated with customer service and finally hung up on her. I realize their there to sell but when you tell someone about 20 times that the cooker is all you want and she just keeps going you almost want to say forget it.
