We purchased two machines. As gifts. One was missing a small gasket on the pressure seal. I called your number, was told too bad you have to purchase the parts 10.00 It wasn't in the machine when we opened it and used it the first time. I give your quality control and customer service an F-. The other machine is great! My daughter loves it. I give the machine an A +. Thanks for asking.

The phone connection and background noise was horrible!! I had to ask the associate to repeat herself many times during the ordering process. It was frustrating for both of us. Since I still have not received my order, I'm hoping she even got the correct information processed.

I called to order a stainless steel pot to cook in rather than the coated one. The gal took my info and make and model number to get the correct pot size. She heard me say that I wanted a stainless steel one. She offered me free shipping. The amount for the pot was $29.99. I got the invoice that evening ( several hours later) and it was for $12.99. I called and got a service person and explained my issue. The charge was for a coated pot and it was free and the charge of $12.99 was for the shipping. I told her I had ordered ONLY A STAINLESS POT and she said there were NO stainless pots available and they were not recommended for my pot. I asked for a refund and she argued that I was basically getting the coated pot free for paying the shipping. I said I HAVE a coated pot and do not want any more. The medical research dislikes these. I supposedly had it credited back and hopefully wont get one delivered.

Used it once did not go well. Lost condensation cup will be trying again. Your site won’t show replacement parts.

Your customer service sucks ! I previously ordered a replacement pot for my pressure cooker. Unfortunately for me your warehouse sent the wrong item, not once but about 7 times in a row !! Not only was I extremely disgusted with the treatment I received. There was no compensation offered. The original pot non stick lining was flaking off, representing a health and safety hazard. Even this was not enough !!! I WILL NEVER buy from you guys again and will dissuade anyone who asks for my opinion. Its is a great pressure cooker but aftercare is a joke !.

Purchased 2 10qt power pressure cookers. Received items in damaged boxes. One was fine even though you could feel the pot thru the hole in the box. The second one had a huge dent in it and the box was more damaged. Emailed customer service and they are actually great at responding in a timely fashion, I am still awaiting the outcome and an exchange or refund.

The rep NEVER said anything about the product being OUT OF STOCK and a wait of 4-6 weeks was the actual estimated delivery time rather than the 7-10 days I was told. And cust service did not care when I called. Ridiculous. I cancelled my order.

I used the Pressure Cooker XL five times. GREAT job cooking. It performed as advertising. The 6th time "ERROR E2" sensor issue. I called up support. "Sorry but you didn't buy support. We can't help you. Would you like to buy another unit?" NO!! So it cost me $26 per meal to cook it. I could have purchased a nice dinner for that. One of my employees had the same thing happen. To replace his unit under warranty required shipping and "other" charges, he just purchased another unit. THAT WENT BAD also. I do not recommend the Power Pressure Cooker XL to anyone.

i ordered a 6 qt come to find out there has not been 6 qts in a while, they say that is why we upgraded you well i did not want the upgrade it is too big and does not look good in my kitchen. i would have lost the shipping cost if I returned it and that is not fair to sell me something they did not have yet they advertised a 6 its. I think this is false advertisement. never again will i use their products.

We purchased the power pressure a while back, don't remember the date. However I never used it until last week. That was the first time. I was going to give it tomy daughter in law because she has 2 children and her life is hectic. When we used it, the time would not set correctly, and we continued to get an error message on it. So I called and we are returning it to be repaired after never using it at a cost to us of $24.99 plus shipping. However we went ahead and ordered another one because she really wants one for her birthday, so I will keep the repaired one. I hope the second one works better than the first. I will be mailing it back to be repaired in the next couple of days. In addition your shipping fees are outragious.

Gift for Christmas; out of box circuit said ERROR and never worked. Retailer would not return it; said return to mfg. Contacted customer service twice in Wallingford Ct at 973-287-5159 in late December 2017. They said send $24.95 for return shipping and send to them for replacement. UPS charged $38.31 to ship and was signed for by RIVERA on 1/1/2018. NOW after asking for a month about our replacement THEY say they will ship by 1/27/2018 but it is NOW 2/1/2018 and NO confirmation of shipment. NOW $61+ in the hold, still no replacement. I am afraid they have scammed me and please do no business with this company or their products.

Your agent was very demanding trying to sell me products that I was not interested in. If all of your agents are this demanding I will never buy any thing again. I also will not recommend your agency.

Ordered a replacement part for the pressure release float valve on January 7th. It never showed and I called and they had no record of the purchase. I ordered another one last week and it hasn't arrived yet. The design is odd because if the silicon washer in the lid slides off the valve won't stay in the lid and finding the washer is difficult if not impossible. The actual use of the cooker works very well although the pot is not very non-stick.

As of today the pressure cooker is not working correctly AGAIN! This is my second or third. As it is cooking, steam comes out from the whole lid. Not very happy. Am visiting out of state so can't do anything about it now!

I was not allowed to purchase the power cooker on line .. I tried three times such a waste of time .. it was obvious to me that the web site was programmed that way so I would have to speak to a sales rep in order to be pressured to buy buy buy all the extras .. shame

I received a refurbish item. The lid will not lock. This system only works in unlock mode. I received Friday and shipping back Monday.

The pressure cooker steeming pin nut broke off the lid within 3 months. I ordered the replacement with a lid. I talked to customer service and gave them have my address. Next day when i noticed that my street name was mis-spelled. I calles then and told them that the street name was incorrect. They said they could not do anything. Good old FedEx or US postal could not figure out the street name. Guess what, it is returning back. You guys can keep junk and you have lost a customer for life.

I tried placing the order online three times over a two day period. Each time, I received an error message that I had taken too long and the order had not been processed. I then called your #800 and placed the order. I have since received five pressure cookers, five frying pans with lids, and four cookbooks. I contacted my financial institution and they returned the charges, but you have put them through again. This is over $1000 in pressure cookers. I had to make special trips to FedEx and the post office to send the returns and my checking account is all messed up. NOT HAPPY And the invoices are made out to "john" HELLO???
