the inner lineing of your prusher cooker is very flimsy it will not last you very long, to get your $100.00 grocery coupon, you have to find your pin number by 24 to 48 hrs and you can only get your grocerys only by mail. can you get fruit and meats thru the mail? I think not !

regardless of how much fluid I put in the pot to protect the meat, it always burned. The pot was defective.

I have not yet received the power cooker. However, customer service is very deceiving. When placing the order via telephone, the salesman waived all p&h fees except the original $19.99. I also bought the 6-piece copper chef set that turned out to be 1 pan with lid, 1 deeper pan with lid, fry basket, and a flat piece (maybe for steaming). He added a complementary utensil set at no additional cost. End result, according to the salesman, was that I would receive the 10 qt cooker with 3-tier rack and steaming basket, the free copper pan for $159.93 plus $19.99 p&h, the 6 piece copper set at $44.97, and free utensil set (totalling $224.89). He said he could offer the lower price on the 6 piece set and waive any additional p&h charges because I was ordering right now and paying in full. I was suppose to receive an order confirmation via email, but never did. Today I received the 6 piece copper set and understand from you customer service office that tomorrow I will receive the cooker without the free pan unless I want to pay an additional $9.99 for the free pan. I will decide after receiving the cooker if I want to return the entire order and dispute the charge to my credit card company. Its a shame to lose a good customer over a 9" pan. Recommend in the future that your company provide further training to sales associates regarding what they can discount/waive.

Damaged in shipping, box it was sent in had a gaping hole where the item was dented in. I need this replaced or my money back. I sent a picture and note to the email address in the email I received from them and the email was undeliverable. NOT HAPPY

On Jan 4,2018 I logged in to RedeemSpot.com & filled out the Pin Code request, had to say I was not a Robot twice then had to click on pictures of bridges then on pictures o cars. When I clicked on Submit and Verification had expired and had to do the Robot stuff again. Finally I called & spoke to Ari and was told I had to wait 24-48 hours. I want the Grocery Coupons & Pin number NOW or I will pack everything up and return it. And I don't appreciate being asked if I was a Robot!

Customer service was awful. Website did not work. Ordered 1 got 4 and got charged for 4. CS would not correct FILED COMPLAINT WITH BBB.

My cooker died. I was told I could send my cooker back to Tristar (it cost me $23 to ship it) and for $24.99 they would send me a brand new updated cooker. That was a month ago. I still have no cooker. I went online to check the order status and it shows the item is "out of stock" - expect a delay of two-three weeks.

I don't think a float valve was ever on my pressure cooker when I purchased it. I called before to see why it took so long to cook things as I had previously owned another brand and it cooked much better. I don't think I should of had to pay for a missing part. I haven't received the part or told if it was shipped yet

Had to repeat my information several times to the lady taking my order. The email came today saying my order has been shipped, but my address is still wrong. Who knows if I will ever get my $299 order!!! I called and the man who answered said he has corrected my address now, but he does not know if FED EX will know the correct address or not. This whole experience makes me think I have been scammed for over $299.

The website made me order 3 times because it said that my order didn’t get through & I have to call the customer service because it made charges of $88.29 four times. I don’t like getting cheated & robbed by a company

I haven’t received my cooker as yet. I felt pressure from the salesperson to but more. I wanted just the buy one get one half price. I hate that I let her pressure me into $435. I will send everything back but the two pots. She was too pushy which I hated. Hope the cooker is all u say it is because I did not enjoy the sales rep.

Buyers Beware!!! What didn’t go wrong, from the second I called the company to order the pressure cooker when I had to wait over 30 minutes to speak with a salesman who was literally yawning and literally sounded like he would rather be doing anything else in the world than talk to me in that moment. To the fact that I was told that I would receive my order within the week when in all reality they were sold out and which I was never told, wait time was 3 weeks. To calling customer service which is the least helpful customer service I have ever dealt with any company ever, everyone is rude and not capable of help in any situation I asked why I was never told my order was out of stock and why I would’ve been told it will be here with in the week and no one had a answer. This whole situation sounds scammish to me!!!! Buyer Beware!

Customer service representative was very poor I was calling to advise that the pressure valve was missing when I opened the box for first use . I was then asked how long I’d had the pressure cooker and I responded three months The customer service representative then blamed me for not having opened the box and immediately inventoried all components . Rather than solve the problem and offer to ship the part missing from the box ( a part you need to create pressure ),she kept interrogating me I then asked if the part could be expedited and she said absolutely not and that it would be 10 days before I’d even know when the order would ship let alone when it may be received . This person should be placed in charge of the customer dis- service and sales prevention department Product is great ... Company and customer service is atrocious I suggest you buy replacement parts from Amazon vs dealing with these bafoons
