I tried to order 3 times. After tapping "Process Order", I would receive the error message that I needed to input my card number -- which, obviously, I had already done. A lady called me later in the afternoon to see why my cart was active but had not been paid for, and I told her that I had already placed the order by phone.

Not happy used it once worked fine but now the pot doesn't close and it doesn't relieve pressure and it doesn't count down so I don't know,when it's done cooking

We are very disappointed with the 10quart. It ruined 100dollars worth of canning pickles. We are proud owners of the 6quart for 3years. The 10quart will be returned today. We are disgusted with your phone service and being charged again to return it.

I ordered the pressure cooker on Sat 10/07/17 from your infomercial. It took until 10/09/17 to get confirmation of the order. The order shows shipping on 10/12/17 for estimated delivery on 10/21/17. First of all there was non-stop pressure to order unwanted additional items at the time of purchase. Also $59.98 processing fee is totally unreasonable. It took 2 days to process??? Now I am informed that it will take 2 weeks from the time I ordered to the time I receive the product. Far too long. I could have ordered from a competitor and received the product sooner. If this was not a purchase for my wife, I would have cancelled the order. I can not recommend the purchase of this product. Unsatisfied So Far

I purchased one xl cooker and one for my son the total was 320.85 I was charged 3 times I only authorized one purchase still waiting for my credit no one is apologizing or trying to help me i am very upset

As requested I an writing a review about my website purchase experience. The website would not allow me to make my online purchase of a power pressure cooker. I tried to make the online purchase twice, but neither attempt appeared to go through when I pushed submit. I called your support help line and they informed me that I would need to call back during regular business hours and talk with an agent to find out if the purchase had been processed. I called back during regular business hours and talked to an agent who informed me that my attempts had not been processed. The agent then made my purchase of a Power Pressure Cooker XL. Online experience Very Poor, but talking with the agent was Good and the purchase was made.

I received the power pressure XL & I was about to use it today & upon taking the product from the box I notice it had a big dent on the side of the pressure cooker. I'm afraid to use it, it might burn down my house! You should replaced this power pressure cooker immediately! I paid $170. Something on this junky product. Im very dissatisfied.

Non English speaking tec. Could not trouble Shoot the reason why I was calling. Instead his solution was to sell me another part. He was not familiar with the workings of the equipment that he was representing

I tried to check out with paypal & the website wouldn't let me. Then I tried to check out with my credit card & yet again wouldn't let me. So I had to call to place my order & it took over 30 minutes because the operator had to try & sell me everything that I didn't want. Hopefully it's worth it!

we were sent the wrong item. i ordered two cookbooks for the Power Pressure Cooker and i received cookbooks for grilling food, etc. now i need to ship both back and hopefully get the correct order.

Your website would not let me place an order. It kept rejecting every credit card I tried. This didn't happen just once. I tried about a month ago and the same problem. I had to call customer service to place my order. I wish I didn't have to speak to someone in India. I hope you can get your website fixed.

I had such a bad experience with the website that I eventually just called the 800 number and placed my order there. I have not received the PPC yet, but have watched the videos of it on Youtube and expect a better experience using the product rather than ordering it.

"I had to call again for my copper pan and free groceries? Still waiting" lying b***** I told you I needed to can quart jars was told pints better but quarts should work. Guess what they don't fit!

I ordered four 6 qt power XL and one 5 qt Power pressure cookers from your Paul; Paul told me your receipe books were $29.97 but if I ordered 6 he would let me have them at $20 each, however he charged me $29.97 each and only shipped 5. Phone calls to Dennis id M84 and Diane told me Paul couldn't do that and they would not issue me credit. I told Diane I would settle and not dispute the amount if she wanted to just send the other cookbook showing no charge. She referred me to a higher authority but after a very long wait I hung up.. Also I have not received the frying pans. I am beginning to think you people may do this to everyone who orders from you and I may have dealt with a company that is not legitimate.

Parts were missing I had to buy them from you. Not happy. Poor customer service. It was a gift. So i didnt know where it was bought so you charged me for the part.
