Clerk keep trying to upsale me on different items, I go really upset and finally told her to cancel my order if she didn hurry up and finish my order. I told her if I liked the cooker I might order 3 more for Christmas presents, now I'm scared to call back

I placed 2 separate orders-received only one confirmation email & found that my card had been charged 3 separate times. When I called they could not account for one of my orders and suggested I take it up with my bank card. I have cancelled charges pending on my card.

THE MACHINE IS FINE. but your offer of $100 IN GROCERIES NEVER HAPPENED. WE FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTIONS, BUT WE NEVER GOT ANY ANSWERS. IN THAT REGARD I RATE YOU THE LOWEST RATING -1. PLEASE MAKE GOOD ON YOUR OFFER. THANK YOU!1

No recipes for smallest cooker. Chat line on web suggested I just experiment. I can't cook let alone experiment and waste my food, that's why I ordered this cooker. The recipes for the bigger cookers indicate that searing the meat is necessary. Hmmmm that wasn't shown on the commercial. Not one step cooking like you advertised. I'm sending this thing back to you. I've tried to contact you but my emails are returned to me---your server wouldn't accept them. What kind of sham is this. I'm a single senior. I thought your small cooker was just what I needed. Bull.......I want all my money back including all the darn shipping charges. I'll be sure to let our Attorney General know about your commercials leaving out steps so this will appear to be one step cooking.

I never received the $100 grocery coupons I was promised and didn't get any recipe nor info on how to get one. I went to the redeemspot and signed up twice but still haven't received it. I regret wasting my money. Scam

Received unit about 6 weeks ago, have been trying to use it following very poor directions in my opinion and cannot get any pressure. I am ready to send unit back and do not want to order another or replace it.

On the television program it showed (for example) it you are cooking rice, just hit the rice button. It you are cooking ribs hit the meat button. It never showed you had to add time to all of it for the meals to cook. That was one reason I bought it. I have a different kind of pressure cooker that sold on HSN and I really like it a lot better than this one. Also you said we would get a 100.00 coupon to use at any grocery store. Then I get a paper for me to go on line and pick out the coupons I wanted. Well looking on the list I only found 2 that I use. I really not happy with cooker at all.

It heats up fine, but the steam comes out around the sides of the top. I tried pushing down on the top but it was to hot and I didn't want to get burned. So I'm using my crock pot. I'd like to keep the pressure cooker if you can tell me how to build up the pressure? Or to put the top on so that it will build up pressure.

I have sent off for the pressure cooker and my first bad experience was that it takes to long to deliver. Upon receiving it, it had a huge dent on the side of it. I stayed on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes and they said the only thing they could do was send out another in about 7 days. I then received the second one and it was damaged as well. So I still have yet to use the pressure cooker because I'm afraid that it wouldn't function properly. I need this item because of my lifestyle. I'm a trucker and need to start eating healthy. You guys are still taking payments from my credit card and I still haven't received a undamaged item. The excitement has fizzled. The reason why I was trying to purchase this item was for the ability to cook things faster and healthier. So I haven't had a chance to do anything with it...... CALL me!!! 678-203-4997

The cooker is great but the inner pot's teflon keeps flaking. I've received three inner pots and all of them have flaked after just a couple of uses. I will be requesting a full refund for a defective product.

Customer service was terrible! Never had an answer to any of my questions. The pressure cooker ruined two meals, which, when cooked on tv and came out great! When I said tht to customer service, her response was, "well thts television" I responded, "thts false advertisement!! Pasta burned and never even cooked, and yes I added extra liquid and still did not cook. Returned the product a week ago and have yet to see my refund!! Horrible product and terrible customer service!! Oh, and my chicken came out dry.

The cooker was advertised at $99.00 but my credit card was charged $159.00. The free pan was charge at $59.95. Then to add insult to injury they signed me up for three services that I had to call member services to cancel. You are a scam.
