I never received the cooker nor was it charged to my account. After 2-3 months, I ordered it again. That was last weekend. I am still waiting.

When I order my power pressure cooker and you guys took my money $100 you guys cancel my order and kept my money! Still waiting for my refund.... what kind of business is that.. be careful everyone

I WAS PROMISED THAT IT WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT TO ME VIA UPS WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AND AS OF THIS POSTING I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING. PLEASE CHECK MY ORDER AND ADVISE ME OF THE TRACKING NUMBER AND THEN I WILL HAVE A BETTER REPORT. PHILHILTON@CONSOLIDATED.NET

When the order was completed we the frying pan should have been free . This was said by sale rep . She kept trying to sell us orther items we did not want . The total bill ended up at 185.93 . I said cancel the order . I said this three times . The sale rep hung up the phone . My checking account was charged the full amount . 185.93 . On Monday I called back and asked for a supervisor and this took a long time. When I did get one she said nothing could be done until we got the cooker then send it back . Then after ten days I would get my money back . The order should have been canceled and money reversed. I should not got hung up on . I did talk to my bank . Thanks for letting us tell you what happened . Roger Germain .

I called and placed and order for replacement parts on a pressure cooker we received as a gift about a year ago. Customer service agent was pleasant and told me my order would take between 7-10 days to arrive. He also didn't ask for my email address to send me tracking and order information. I waited the 10 days and didn't receive my order. Called back in and I was told that the item is currently back ordered and they didn't have a timeline on when I will receive it. This is horrible as we can't use the machine until the part arrives

I ordered the product and called back within a few hours and was told it was already shipped. That is very hard to believe, especially since I have not received it!

I will only write a review when I receive the FREE lid for the copper skillet. You TOLD me the lid was included for NO CHARGE! Send the FREE lid and I'll write a review.

I cancelled my purchase within 24 hours of purchase as we have three days to rescind and order and was extremely upset that I was told it had already been shipped and my credit card billed. Then it came in three separate boxes which all needed to be returned to the Post Office. I am taking them back tomorrow and expect to see my credit card credited. i think you need to change your policy and not ship products until the three day period passes. it would save you a lot of money having to have the packages returned.

My experience has been awful. The order was sent to the wrong address. It was places 3-28-17. On 4-4-17 I returned it so it could be sent to the right address As of today which is 4-16-17 the cooker has not been received after making two phone calls. Therefore I cannot the give a rating because I don't have a cooker

I order this product and get a default bad cooker . Ruined my food and the customer service members were rude, didn't want to make things right. Thumbs down for this product Rachel Smith

Operators consistently talk like they have to read something before responding. I wanted to exchange the 10 quarts for a smaller size and i was not allowed to do that. Operators not well versed with sale process.

I love my Power Cooker! I tried to order a new rubber sealing ring on April 9th but "Michael" misspelled my last name & address, didn't ask for my email address and then sent me the wrong part! I had to reorder with "John" on April 13th and it looks like it is correct.
