The customer service rep that handled my call did not listen I keep telling him no to add ones and he kept trying to talk me into it. Worst customer service ever

The sit is very hard to get to and then you get the run around to different sits to get to where you can order anything. You need to jump through hoops to get to the sit that you can order. You need to make it easier to get to the place you can order with out so much jumping around on line

I called in to order the 10 qt pressure cooker. After being offered to buy everything else they could think of to throw on my order and me continuing to say "no" I finally got irritated and said "look i dont want anything except the pressure cooker, i dont want anything free, all i want is the cooker, thats it" i was told many different prices that was going to come out of my account and was confused the entire time. After all was said done i finally get my confirmation and theres TWO pressure cookers on it. Needless to say i canceled my entire order and learned to never deal with these people again!

I have yet to test the product and I am already having second thoughts with this particular company as I was on the phone for a bit over an hour and very carefully wrote down what all my $300 order entailed onto find out via email that it was in fact incorrect!! I was told over and over on the phone by my sales rep that I would be getting 2 and mind you she emphasized 2 square frying copper pans as I bought the second one at the discount rate. I thought that was an extremely good deal and was going to share with my sister. So, I called and told them my story of what happened and said they can listen to the call and verify what the exchange was and was I was told. I was matter of fact told NO that I was told incorrectly and sorry about that and she would be happy to sell me one plus additional s&h!!! Are you even serious right now? I spent $300 and you want to sell me another pan that I was previously promised on my order. I don't hardly think so. We are still carefully considering this order and very well may cancel it all as I do not appreciate how it was handled. Very unprofessional. Not just the fact of I was counting on the extra pan but DO NOT put representatives to sell your merchandise if they do not know what to adequately offer to the consumers. In addition, when a customer says no twice to magazines and 3 times over shopping coupon site, STOP!!! Enough with it. Over an hour on the phone was more than enough. Never again. I will walk in the store of my choice and pick the pan of my choice and be done with it. You have lost a future customer. Brenda Sullivan-Skirvin

I ordered a missing valve for my pressure pot on 3/17/2017 and today 4/3/2017 have yet to receive the item. As far as quick response the amount was taken from my account very quickly.

Never got it. No communication regarding order number, shipment, etc. Reordered from TV the other day. Be interesting to see if I get that one.

Hard to review some thing I haven't gotten yet. But I am not happy about being charge for the pan. The ad said it was included. Clearly it wasn't till I paid separately for it. Not sure if you want my honest answer!

Hi I have complain I m going to return this product for these reasons 1. On TV's ad shipping and handling was free but they charged me 2. I didn't get my pan 3. I didn't get my 3 raise (steeming and others) 4. When I called customer service no one really helped me especially the supervisor How can I trust this company with bunch of lies and bad customer service, then I am going to return your product. I was going to order another one for my Mom but I am not going to do that. Have a good day

Hello why was two purchase coming off of my master card the sales person I spoke with over the phone no very well that I did not order two power pressure cooker therefore I want a refund and i want my money put back on my master card.

I did not receive an invoice. I did not receive a copper frying pan. The $100 free groceries are coupons you have to apply for online. Redeem my coupons requires a Pin# form using my order number from my Power Pressure Cooker invoice of which I did not receive. All of this is a lot of work and a big disappointment. I am sorry I ordered th pressure cooker, big mistake.

I feel mislead by this company and I want my money back because I was not told that I had to pay s@h to even send it back what I was told is that they don't have shipping labels to send the crap back they was send a store coupon to just go shopping and then you find out they want you to print them off the internet not good at all trust you will be disappointed with this company run like hell because you have to also pay to send it back 30.00 to send it and I m sure more then that to send it back don't buy this product false advertisement here.
