I did not receive an order confirmation after placing my order. Rather, I was sent back to the order screen not knowing if my order ever went through. I ended up calling the 800 number to ensure I had an order pending and if not to place the order accordingly. The Customer Rep said that he could not see any order in the system pending for me and therefore placed my order with the rep over the phone. I received an online order confirmation the following day and called customer service to cancel the online order but was told it was too late as it had already shipped? Shipped within 12 hours?? Really?? Great for your prompt shipping service, but now I will have to refuse the delivery of the one item and accept the other! Or this will cost me return shipping cost of two packages if I am not home to refuse the shipment. I am not happy about this and this is not good!

I did not make a purchase, and better not see a charge on my card. Your company needs to let go of the canned script. I wanted to buy a pressure cooker as a gift for my husband for his birthday. The lady (who I'm sure was instructed to do so) kept trying to sell, sell sell.... on and on until my husband came home and was standing in front of me asking who the hell was on the phone and to hang up (telemarketer). Never finished the sale; some other woman called to try to finish it, and I told her I was no longer interested. A REAL TURN OFF. You had a sale of over $200 and lost it

I sent the pressure cooker back because there was a dent in the side. But they never sent me a new one yet.

My name is Elena,and i recently purchased the power pressure Xl,didnt try the product itself yet,but upon the purchase itself..they took out my $$$ out my account $304.85 NOT ONCE BUT 2 TIMES,TOTAL $608.PLUS CHANGE SAYING IT WAS UNTIL MY DEBIT WAS CLEARED,SWORE THEY PUT BACK $304.85 BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT,WHICH THEY DID NOT,KEPT HANGING UP ON ME,I REFUSE TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRAZY PEOPLE EVER AGAIN,THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION IN THEIR SOULS,I WORK HARD FOR MY $$!,AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY,AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING SO I CAN GIVE THEM THEIR PRODUCT BACK,I BROUGHT THE 10 QUART,FRYING PANS,AND THE RECIPE BOOK,FORGET THE @100.00 IN FOOD ITS ALL A LIE,TOO MANY CHANNELS TO GO THROUGH...BUYER BEWARE!!! I do not have my Pressure Cooker yet. Was ordered on 2/27/17 and they sent me 2 copper skillets & 2 glass lids. BUT NO PRESSURE COOKER. My order was taken by a guy named Tony his ID # is 671 the conformation #29990578 And I paid $152.92. And last week I talked to 2 of your people on the CHAT line Kimberly and after being disconnected I then talked to Marielle. I thought that someone would get back to me. Also my order # for the Pressure Cooker was 21586201709150190. Marielle said they would have to check with the carrier. Someone really needs to take care of this error. Please! Horrible experience!! All we wanted was the cooker and it took me forever to get off the phone with a person who talked way to fast and with an accent that I couldn't understand. Also, he kept trying to sell me other items that I didn't want, didn't need, and couldn't afford. If you are wanting a cooker, my advice is to NOT order from their infomercial.

Everything was going OK. I didn't care to pouches nothing else at the moment because I have small children including a special need child that I needed to get ready for school before the bus come at 6am, which I mentioned to the representative on many occasions,but she's didn't take it into consideration,she kept on asking, I really just wanted to cancel and hang up .... Because I Don't drive,and I don't have another way to get them to school,I had to call a cab that morning to take them3 different schools..... That makes me think twice before ordering anything ever again sorry.....

When l first placed the order the agent did not put in the computer my order correctly.So I was not going to get everything l wanted.l called back but l could not this big misunderstanding!!!!!!

I didn't get to the use my Cooker, because I was falsely lead to believe that I would get a hard bond cook book. I mentioned several times to the representative who took my order that I do not have a computer at home and could not see any of the on-line recipes. I only have computer at work, which I could not use for hours at time checking our recipes. Even in the TV ad, it states the 10 quart cooker comes with cookbook. It makes no sense to get the cooker and not know how to prepare the recipes. Also, I did not receive the coupons or Walmart card. The calls are taped and I also taped our call. I would be very aware of the misleading information before order from this company. I did purchase the small cooker for office or school use and like it. That's the reason I went back to the company. I call customer service and all the representative kept repeating to me "you have to by the book or use on-line". What a very terrible experience I had and I am planning to send the unit back. Watch for all the hide cost!!!!

I did not order the power pressure cooker XL ONLINE! I ordered it on the phone from the phone number on your video. The video stated that I was to receive the cookbook along with the other "free" bonus items. But when I spoke with the customer service representative, I was informed that there was a cost for the book. I was really looking forward to receiving the hardback cookbook from Eric's recipes. I spoke with 2 of your reps and I asked the question whether or not I could do canning with quart jars and how many would fit. But no one really knows that answer. Other than that, I have not received the product yet, so I can't truly rate it as of yet.

First of all I was charged double the amount! Then when I called to have one charge reversed and to keep the other in order to pay for my order, both charges were reversed! Very disappointed as I had intended the Power Pressure Cooker to be a wedding gift!

I ordered what would have been a 10 quart cooker, 6 year warranty, cook book that they arranged to come a week after the cooker, which is crazy. After having the delivery postponed 2 times, the customer service all but one being understand to the fact that I can't camp out by the door fron 9 am until 8 p.m. every day, waiting for it, thenjoy them not knowing if it was at the post office -as my UPS tracking number said, or on deliveryour today...I am cancelling everything and asking for a refund. One of the operators wanted the charge me $35 plus shipping and handling for the so-called free pan, if you can believe it! Nothing should be this difficult. I ordered from Walmart all the time as a passholder and Amazon and their people are much better than this. Customer service is everything with the company. This company should hire more people from America who speak English fluently. I found that every operator was outsourced Indian period I'm not bigoted and I'm not a racist but you need to be able to understand the person speaking. Get a refund for a product I never got because it either wasted too much of my time or was too much are in trouble. PLM

Terrible Customer Service..They even Charged my card twice. And its not as easy to reach a customer service rep unless its the sales department.

i can't rate something I haven't received yet. But the ordering experience was terrible. I called on the phone. I didn't want all the other junk they tried to sell me. after some thought, I think this whole thing is OVERPRICED!!

I received my 10qt purchase today without a portion on my order. I was told to expect 3 boxes when only 1 box arrive I called customer service and was told my 6 Qt. will arrive 3 days later and my free cooper pan didn't have a tracking number or was order to ship after speaking to Supervisor Janelle ID# G90. Prior to speaking to her a your man stated to me I don't know why you upset about receiving your order in different shipmen because we are still within the 7 days of shipping. I was so upset I wanted to speak to a supervisor, and requested that CSR get better training. The 6qt order was a birthday gift that needed to be presented on 3/7/2017 with no avail. I am truly thinking about returning all my items and cancelling the grocery shopping. This is my first and last time order from an infomercial and hope I get a returned call regarding this lack of customer service I have experience. 678-517-9191 K.P.

I haven't received my XLpressure cooker and cook book! I received the copper set ONLY ..today March 7th... where is the rest of my order! Please let me know what's going on ASAP. I'm feeling disappointed ... almost 300.00 was charged to my credit card!
