I will never order anything from eric again. The methods are extremely deceptive and they are a bunch of fast talking shrews that need to be investigated. Taking advantage of people ,especially out of work vets who gave so much for our country is a base thing to do I hope you rot

The power pressure cookers have not arrived yet. My complaint is with all the "up selling" over the phone. I almost cancelled the order. The supposed "free" pan and then pressure to buy the lid?! You are going to lose business if you can't just take the order. Also your recipe book for $100.00? What's it made of? Gold leaf?

Well my website experience was fairly easy the only problem I have is that my product is out of stock and no ETA on when I can expect to receive it, that's not very comforting to find out after you've already made the purchase, and after several days you call Back to find out where your product is in, only to find out your product that you order it's currently out of stock I think that the consumer should have some kind of advanced warning when purchasing something that's currently out of stock, instead of advertising they will receive the product between seven and 10 business days then they can make the decision if they want to wait on it or not before making their purchase! ho-hum P.S. How do you expect someone to give you a star rating when they don't even have the product yet?

I hate the fact it only lasted for about a 18 months. It was not abused neither did I use it everyday... you charge a lot of money for your product. I did have extra money for insurance. I thought it would last much longer. I'am very unhappy with it longevity. I hate being a target for your up sailing practice it's ungodly, are you that greedy for money? I was asked to purchase something else it seemed like over 7 or 8 times. This was the second time God forbid calling on the automatic line is even worst the up saling is insulting. You take up my time to put money in your pocket, I didn't feel good and if I did I don't want anything I did not call about. You need to be considerate and not money hungry... Bad customer service, you can't hear for all the background noise, it sounded a mad-house. They need better headsets. Mis-leading, false, all that food does not fit in one.pot... even before you had the 8 or 10 quarts size...

you are telling me i order m, yes but then you go and cancelled cause you don't have enough u should not put on tv if you can not suppy. when i order it. there is was enough . it a shame i was so excited to try it my daughter as one, i will not order any more items from qvc,

I ordered the 10 quart model. I go to check on my order a couple of days later. And fine out the order is back ordered for aleast a month. I cancled it

Well I ordered 7 days ago and your company has charged me 3 times already. On 04/05 I was charged $194.75 and also again for 04/05 in the amount of 189.35 then again today 4/11 in the amount of $192.28 none of these amounts match your sale of 3 easy payments of $33.33 I have requested that my money be refunded and that you simply keep your product but my request has fallen upon def ears. I have taken the time to file a police report 3 easy payments of $33.33 add up to $99.99 not the amounts your company have taken the liberty to over charge me. You product has yet to be shipped to my home again STOP the order and refund my hard earned money. Thank you.

I ordered and paid for the extra inner pot and never received it??? You should get what you ordered. Please find out why I didn't get my inner pot.

I could not get the site to accept my pay pal account. so I had to try with just my debit card and the site wouldn't go threw that way either. So I had to call on the phone and be herrast about do you want to buy 2 and get a 20% discount off of the second one. if I wanted 2 I would have ordered 2. you want extra warrenty or buy extra cook books exc...... if I wanted Extra cook books or extra anything I would have said so. I was kept on the phone an extra 20 minutes for them trying to sale me more stuff. I would have cancelled the whole order but my wife wanted it so I went ahead and got it for her as a present. Then on the web page your phone number is mandatory so like I said the web site would not let me buy it but a representative calls me before I even get an order in wanting to try and sale me stuff so I told him why or you spying on me by calling me before I sent my order in so that meant they were getting my info from my computer without my knowlage before I clicked send. so watch out people they already watching you on your computer as your typing. so no telling what other info they getting from your computer without you knowing.

When a customer calls in to purchase a product that they are sold on from the commercial, they are sold on the product. However, they do not need to go through 15 to 20 minutes of being sold additional add on products such as magazines, coupon companies, vacations, etc.

Order process is rediculius! Returns are almost impossible . I paid 93.00 but when I returned the item I was only refunded 33.33.

The sales rep spent more time trying to get me to buy additional items than to closing my purchase. He was quite rude and not very helpful.

Customers service suck!... I tried canceling the product the next, and they would not allow me to... I never heard of a company not put customers first. If you ever plan on ordering this product, make sure you really want it... I would never recommend this product to any of my friends and family...

From the very first call I made it was a horrible horrible experience. The customer service rep that I dealt with was so pushy and would not listen to me every time I told her no thank you. I kept saying I only want the pressure cooker and she would just not give up. I kindly kept telling her please listen to what I am telling you please do not be disrespectful to me when I tell you the only thing I want to purchase is the pressure cooker. I got so angry that I told her to forget it and I hung up. She actually called me back she apologized and said that she needed to get my approval of the transaction on the live recording. I told her she had a lot of nerve calling me back because she would not listen to what I was saying she again had the nerve to tell me more things that she was trying to sell at that point I started screaming at her and told her to cancel my order. I hung up she did not call back she sent me an email of the confirmation for my order and the next day I got online to your website and tried to cancel my order and again the live chat person just would not give up. They kept asking me are you sure what went wrong what can we do to fix this? Does anyone in this company actually listen to your customers? I don't care how good this product is your customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with as a consumer and as a customer service manager myself.
