The worst order i have ever made,poor customer service...they lie to customers about bonus. Pls never waste your time and money to make a purchase the worst nightmare you will ever have is to call them and order. Beware!

My Name Is Alfreda Williams I Ordered The Pressure CookerXl And They Never Give Mr My Tracking Number So I Can Track My Package That's Going To Be Delived Today St About 7:00pm And Now They Don't Have My Apt Number On In Which Is Apt38 So O Need A Tracking Number So O Can Give It To Ups So They Can Put My Apt Number On It

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET ! I DID NOT LIKE ALL THE UP SELLING AND ADD-ONS I THINK IT IS OVER PRICED, BUT I FEEL I MUST TRY IT, I HOPE THIS IS NOT A PIECE OF JUNK THAT DOES NOT WORK

Customer service tolerable. Never got the actual produce because of cost and multiple added on items that were not wanted and subscriptions that had to cancelled.

what a bunch of crap ! ordered one tried to pay in full but they cancelled my order when they found out they could not keep charging my card . What a SCAM !!!!!

I find it deceptive at best that the inner pot is not only not stick free but needs to be replaced every 3-6 months. That makes this so called pressure cooker not a value but puts it on the poor list.

Apparently, we could not get the cover to fit correctly, so the meat was burned. It is now March 18, and I'm not using the complicated pot. I would rather have "my mother's pressure cooker." Much easier to use; especially because the cover would completely close, easily. The new cooker? A waste of money, for us!

Very disappointed. Got this yesterday n the 10quart most expensive one Does Not Have the cook book advertised with it. I even repeat on the phone, the cook book is included and was told yes both times. So very disappointed. When you spend almost $200. The cook book should be included like it is with the smaller ones. Poor service!

Suppose to get my order with the copper pan but only cooker, so maybe false advertisement. On my receipt mentioning the copper pan, not receive it.

I'm very unhappy I ordered the first time the the salesperson never told me it was on backorder I waited and waited nothing so I cancel the order I called them again about two months later they said all we have them all in stock I order it first off I was supposed to get 25% off I didn't get the 25% off they overcharged Me by $69 and it's on backorder again

Web site would not let me order any thing. Could not enter a shipping address as no place to put the zip code on order form. Then it tells me it cant process order without a zip code. I tryed to use the PayPal account and that did not work. So never got to order over the net had to use the phone and call a rep.

I attempted to purchase the pressure cooker once on your website and after I made the initial order it offered me a second pressure cooker for a much lower price that i was going to buy as a gift however once I hit purchase, it only charged me for the initial order and not the second cooker. I called in and asked for it to be cancelled. I will not buy things like this Over the phone because I can not see for sure to verify my order is correct nor could I hardly understand the person who was talking to me. I decided to try it a second time, just in good faith that it was a mistake and the same thing happened. I called in irate and asked to have everything cancelled and told the person that your company is a joke and needs to figure their website out if they want to be a reputable business. At that point i was done, but the person convinced me to purchase with them, however once I got the confirmation email, what do you know, they got the order WRONG. Figure it out, if you can't even process orders and take money correctly, I can't even imagine how many other problems your company has.

First off I didn't order this on line also I have been trying to contact you all about my purchase over the phone and couldn't get no one to respond I've sent a email also started a chat that was ended very rudely they couldn't even response on my commit very dissatisfied with this company I'm sending back what ever comes here and. Would not recommend this company to no one

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I had been wanting to order this product for a long time. I ordered 3 days ago. Next day I received an email telling me that they were temporarily out of the pressure cookers. Customer service told me my order was cancelled Because my card was declined. I asked them to run it again . I now have 2 credit card charges on my account. And they still telling my card was declined. I cancelled my order and now have to wait for my funds to go back into my account. Apparently they are picky about who buys their product. 5 thumbs down!!
