“First time I bought from here it was a dry bag that I wanted to exchange for the same thing because (in my opinion) it was faulty. They said it wasn't faulty and put a refund through. So fair enough, faulty or not, either way, I'm happy. I did have to ask if they'd received the item because I waited and didn't hear from them but this is a very minor complaint. They also didn't reply when I asked if they could provide a QR code to scan rather than pay for printing. While this was happening I ordered a shirt from them and everything went as expected. I do a lot of shopping around before buying. I can't remember whether they were the only people who were selling the shirt I wanted or if it was just the best price. But they're now on my list of go-to sites.”

“£8 down paying postage and packing both ways for a jacket that didn't fit. That's the downside of mail order I suppose. All very amicable, but another mail order disaster for me. Will be sticking to physical shops from now on.”
