“In writing a review I would do this in two parts - one for the experience with Stuarts, and the other for the product I bought, a bag made by Porter. Firstly, I would not hesitate to award Stuarts a full 5 stars. The item was easy to order, at the right price, I paid using Amazon Pay, the item was dispatched the same day with a range of delivery options. The item arrived the next day. A first class service from Stuarts. Although I'm pleased with the Porter bag I ordered I would only award it 4 stars for the following reasons: 1. The lining is black, the same colour as the exterior. This is a bad choice as its hard to see inside. It should be grey or similar. 2. There is no key leash. Not a big deal for me but would be nice. 3. As a buyer of several Tumi products over the years it does not have the build quality of Tumi items. 4. Its light weight is a big plus point. 5. The dimensions of the bag are perfect for me despite the points above and is the main reason I bought it.”
